The pharmacy is ridiculous. I went there on December 5, 2023 between 3 o'clock and 330 and the lady that was up there at the counter was so rude like she would not let me explain why I was there she just kept saying what was not here your medicine is not here it's not here like not letting me explain Anything to her and it's like she was rushing and just so rude. They need to hire new pharmacist or teach them how to communicate.

Luigi, Jennifer and Will all joined together to find my long-time OTC allergy med...the name had changed, and the box was a different color...but seems to be the same formulary.This is apparently the replacement for Wal-Finate (see pic)Best customer service I've ever received, thank you all so very much!Diane ?

I already been here a couple times and both times the employees have been extremely rude. The older black lady yelled at me because she asked me if I wanted to donate money to something and said no not today. And she yelled “just say no.” And mimicked me in an annoying voice no not today. And then the Spanish lady always at the cashier has a stank face and sits there with dirty looks while I’m getting my money out like she’s in such a hurry when she’s at work doing her job.

The pharmacist there is rude. They told me they would get my anxiety medication ready and then when I got there they refused to fill it. I told him I need it to keep me out of the emergency rooms from having panics attacks. He basically told me no he's not filling it and he's closing my prescription. He's heartless.

Jennifer the manager does not care about customers needs and definitely does not care about inconveniencing customers. I purchased a gift card from this location and after I opened the packet to retrieve the card, I discovered the card number scratched off. Jennifer the manager told me that another customer just had the same issue and that I have to reach out to the gift card company because they don’t do refunds. So y’all still have all of those gift cards still up there knowing that at least two customers have had the same issue?? Walgreens doesn’t care about selling tampered with gift cards, I know they don’t care about much else. They won’t have another chance to waste my time.
