Pharmacy is clearly understaffed, everyone was polite and helpful but it took almost an hour past my appointment time to get a covid test, and I was told I would get the results in 30 minutes, it has been over two hours so far since the test was administered. There were only a couple of people waiting with me, so there wasn’t a huge crowd or anything

They give two flying cents about your health and reflect that by not answering the pharmacy phone.

Made appointment for lab work. Wasted time creating on line profile just to make the appointment, and FASTED that morning. Come to find out that the lab at this location has been closed for months.

I went to get toiletries today. When I reached the cashier while waiting in line, I saw another item I wanted. At the register, I told the cashier I wanted to switch the items. I offered him the one I didn't want and explained I wouldn't be buying it.
He seemed very annoyed. He didn't ask, but I wanted to ask him if he'd prefer me to put the other item back on a random shelf and he can search for it.
I asked if it was a problem, but he just gave me a dirty look and ignored me. Perhaps morning shifts aren't for him. If this is my only option and I see him there again, I'd rather drive 20 miles further.

The store is OK - a standard Walgreens. I was not happy with this pharmacy, though. The pharmacy sometimes provided prescriptions that were close to expiration date, there were chronic problems with charging the correct insurance, wait times for phone calls were excessive, and the pharmacy or drive-through sometimes shut down without warning. There seemed to be little or no coordination between the pharmacy and the website. Sometimes I was told that a prescription was available for pickup online and it was not available in the pharmacy. Other times, a person called to tell me to pick up a prescription that did not show up online. Prescriptions were sometimes filled without being requested. I don't recall having these issues at other pharmacies. So I really cannot recommend this pharmacy.

They have been doing a terrible job with staffing the pharmacy. Today my husband needed a prescription called in for a severe ear infection. They didn’t have it in stock but he was told they would have it today. He’s been in terrible pain from the infection and really needed it. When he was in person at the counter he was told that it wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. He asked if she was sure and she responded very rudely. “Sir you’re welcome to search for it in another store because I just don’t have time. We are very busy”. I understand that they are busy but this is not the way to respond to a patient who is in pain. How about, “ sir I am so sorry. We are so busy right now. But I will do my best to make sure the meds come in”. Their customer service has gone in the toilet. We have been using that pharmacy for years and recently you get rudeness more often than kindness.

My mom is a diabetic who desperately needs her insulin and lancets and all that stuff, she came the other day and they told her it would be ready today her prescriptions. We come today and they’re saying that there’s nothing ready and it’s out of stock and it won’t be until the next two days. Every time we come they never have anything ready or they don’t know what we’re talking about really unprofessional she even received a call today saying her prescription was ready. The women, there are unprofessional, always have a stank attitude for no reason. They need to do better.

I go to this pharmacy often , and unfortunately, my experience always leaves much to be desired. The employees display a lack of professionalism and are notably rude, especially the young lady who’s name is Valentina. Improvement in customer service is essential for a pharmacy to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customer satisfaction. I truly hope the employees read these reviews and perhaps gain some understanding on how they are conveying themselves. I’ve seen people in line get treated with no respect, employees have no awareness and have an extreme lack of work ethic. The pharmacy overall needs training and a big reality check on how to treat others and properly do their jobs.

Terrible pharmacy! I had a 10:45 COVID test appointment and didn't leave the building until 11:30 AM after being told to wait "10 minutes" while watching them assist everyone come in and do their additional tasks. She said I would have my results in 30 minutes. It is now the following day at 12:23 PM and I do not have my results. I have called multiple times to inquire about my results, they have hung up on me multiple times and then told me the computer shut down and needed to reboot and check my email in 10 minutes. Also why aren't COVID tests available at the window anymore? You want COVID infected people sitting in your lobby and walking around the store to get others sick? What a great way to show your care for other people.
Now they want me to visit a different Walgreens for them to print my results, I am now at the other Walgreens and they stated this is not how it works. Fire the whole pharmacy team!

My MD called in 2 prescriptions yesterday morning. Because I am self-pay, their system automatically denied it. When I called to check on the status, I was told there was no orders. My MD had to call them again and get them to fill it. I never received a notification that they were ready. I had to call to check on it. When my husband went to pick them up, only one was filled. He had to go back an hour later to get the second one. The second medication was a liquid and they didn't provide a syringe to dispense the medication. This was my first and will be my last time using this pharmacy.
