rating specifically the photo department.
I ordered 2 copies each of 2 different pictures on the app. it showed me that this Walgreens had wall art available. so I ordered the above copies and not only was the order done 20 minutes late (and only because I came in and asked why it wasn't done yet did it actually get done), but this Walgreens did not have the wall art prints I ordered so it just defaulted to regular photos without telling me. the employee was very kind but I found the entire experience very upsetting, as the prints were commissioned art of my recently deceased cat that I wanted to hang on my wall.

Horrible pharmacy/location. The hold times are ASTRONOMICAL. They tell people the medication is not there and when I go to the doctor's office, the doctor will call( right in front of me) and the pharmacy will inform them otherwise. This happens ALL THE TIME!

Pharmacy - why why why have a sign for a dedicate line for express checkout pass when it is use as regular pick up and drop of. Every single time and not only put an intern to handle that specific line who does know what an express pass is? Express pass should be in out out because it is already prepaid. When I asked why the back office lady said there is nothing she can do and I would need to contact corporate directly.

Horrible service went to add money to my capital one card which I’ve done 1000 times before and the old man at the counter was racist towards me and told me I couldn’t do it even though I can and I’ve done it numerous times before!!!

Walgreens at Michigan & Delaney, and Bumby & E. Colonial, Orlando FL: Love these Walgreens. Everyone is always so personable, helpful, and accommodating. If we’re walking around searching for something, they’ll even offer to walk us directly to the item. We get all our prescriptions and shots at Walgreens now. You know, it’s really great to order things online. We even bought our pickup truck online! But sometimes, you just need to talk with a real person, and, I am sure, all Walgreens’ staff are always glad to help you.

Another business i raced to after work to get here before they closed and they locked the door right in my face even though its was only 11:50 and the website and phone service says they close at midnight. I understand people want to go home who work there but I am so sick of this happening to me. If the business says its open until midnight it should be open until midnight.

Do not use this pharmacy… they are crooks and will waste your time and refuse service to you… I’ve loaded my sick child up 2 times to come get her antibiotics. Both times it’s not ready and they tell you you have to keep pulling around so they can continue to “serve” other people while they refuse to serve you. If I could give this dump a 0 out of 5 stars I would… people don’t care when it’s not their time and their children they just sit around and play on social media instead of helping people… Walgreens used to care about customer service it’s very apparent they don’t care about anyone now

The person at the photo department (sun 27/08/2023) 4pm went above and beyond their service. Cashier was super nice too!
