This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been, not only they are slow, but they're disconnected, don't have medication in stock even when they received the prescription days in advance and they kept requesting my insurance card every single time I went there and they took very long just to tell me come back this evening, then it's come back tomorrow, followed by come back Monday on weekends.

I haven't visited the Walgreens per se, but I do know that the LabCorp is super busy in there. The woman running the whole thing by herself is so sweet I would only go back again for her.

I am not one to leave negative reviews very often, most of my reviews are to provide positive feedback. However, I would like to help people who are trying to decide on where to get prescriptions filled to make an informed decision about where to go. I had a horrendous experience with the pharmacist, Aaron Overton, this morning. He had the audacity to blame me, huffing and puffing with an attitude that they did not have my prescription ready when they said it would be ready. I was in excruciating pain from having mouth surgery and having an implant placed into my bone in my mouth, and I could not talk. He insisted I should have called to check on when the prescription would be done although they said they'd send an alert. I could not talk. They knew that when I dropped the prescription off!! They said an hour at 5:30pm. As I waited for an alert, I passed out from the pain. I woke up, no alert. It was 10:15pm, so they were closed. I've gotten alerts before so I know it works. This morning he tells me there are no alerts sent after 9pm and my med was ready at 9:14pm. Last I checked, 1 hour after 5:30pm is no where near 9pm. Since they didn't fill it when they said, and knew I wouldn't get an alert after 9pm, they should have called. All he had to do this morning was apologize for the confusion, instead of being an uncaring a$$h**e and blaming me for their miscommunication! Wait... I went to take a pic of the address on the prescription paper for this review, and it says it was filled at 7:08pm... so you're telling me they didn't log it until 9:14pm?!? IKYFL! That's even worse!

Please commend Carolyn near the photo desk. She patiently helped an older gentleman with his photo order.She was so kind showing him how to google and instructing him how to do something on the internet . Even though she had a line of customers she did not rush him . We all shall age and often are impatient but I was humbled to see this beautiful display of human kindness .

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Minimum 30 minutes to get your call answered. I’m on my 4th try in 2 days and still do not know if my sons prescription is ready. You would be dead if they had an order that was important to your health waiting on service.

The pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when promised. When you get there it's always a huge line and then you are told it's not ready and asked to wait 30 min. I've never had this issue at other Walgreens locations.

I've learned to call to find out if all scripts area ready before driving to pharmacy. As great as they were just prior to Covid-19 shelter in place -- they have been unreliable since. As I'm older it's harder for me to get out to pick up prescriptions and so I try to make as few trips as possible. I call ahead to find out of they are all ready since the e-mail notification is also not reliable. Phoning ahead can take anywhere from a half hour to 1.5 hours to talk to someone. This past Friday morning cardiologist sent over 4 new prescriptions. I called Friday evening -- not ready. Called Saturday and pharmacy dept was closed as no pharmacist for closing shift so they closed at 7pm. Called Sunday 2 of 4 prescriptions still not ready. One out of stock but told it would be in Monday. Called Monday "it should be in tomorrow". Good thing the medications aren't for pain -- just congestive heart failure. Whatever the problem(s) -- needing more pharmacists, supply chain issues, things need to improve. I am going to look into getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Have been working with this pharmacy since it opened many years ago. It's really gone downhill.

I called this pharmacy three times today. First time, I was on hold for 10 minutes (saying I have 3, then 2, then 1 caller ahead of me), then its my turn... and rings off the hook, and disconnects! I called back a second time... I am back in the queue. After 10 more minutes, it just hangs up on me. No ring. Third attempt, and once again in the queue. Three more people ahead of me again. The count down starts again, and I am waiting to get through the queue. Nearly 10 minutes later... it rings once more! And rings. And rings. And eventually hangs up. Long story short... this location does not answer phone calls.

They get prescription wrong all the time. You call, you are always the third caller, an hour later they pick up and hang hp on you. So you have to go to the store, argue about the prescription they served wrong and then u need to return and pick up the correct prescription an hour later because they can serve it quickly! Its ridiculous. I have to do this for my parents almost every week. I hate walgreens. Love CVS!
