Benjamin went above and beyond.Called at 8pm and asked if the meds could be expedited for our son. Needed a script and he made it happen. He is an asset to this Walgreens pharmacy.

The people at this pharmacy has some type of problem. If I had my child meds sent there all you was suppose to do is get it ready not try to tell me about her insurance.. I didn't ask you and nobody else there to pay for SHIT... My baby meds was sent there three different times from the hospital and they did what they wanted to do. I had to take my sick child out drive back to the hospital and pick up the prescription remind you this is two in the evening my child was seen at hospital at four this morning. The only reason I even chose this location was because it's right across the street from the hospital we were at. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered from a pharmacy. Pure ignorance and it needs to be SHUT DOWN they already barely getting business now. This is the Worst pharmacy I've ever been to... I advise anyone needing their medication to go to the Walgreens at lake under hill they have way better customer service.

I had an appointment to get tested for covid and when I drove all the way there the pharmacy is closed and no one let me know or even tried to reschedule. Unhelpful staff. Had to waste an entire day waiting on this appointment instead of just going somewhere else if they at least gave me a warning

This is the second time I've come into this walgreens and nobody knows what they're doing in regards to PHOTOS. The first time I dropped off a disposable took over 3 weeks and I NEVER got a call saying they were ready. I called multiple times within those 2 weeks and half the people who picked up the phone couldn't even locate my name and phone number attached to a disposable out to receive pictures. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and ORGANIZE BETTER. My newest disposable is no where to be found. I wasn't even given a time frame to when they would let me know if it was truly gone.

Do not shop here, find CVS or Target! At least there they treat the customer with respect! Words cannot describe how upset I am with this location as a long time customer. The manager of this location doesn't know what customer service is. I cannot believe he was hired as a Customer Service Retail Manager! I think Walgreens has to do a better job picking their employees, and who actually represents your brand. Your supposed to take care of your customers, and responding by saying "I don't have all night to spend with you on this" when i asked for help, is demeaning and disrespectful. I believe you were hired to take care of your customers, and tonight I do not feel like you were doing that. I'm sorry that I treated you with respect, and in the most polite manner only to be treated like that. If I could i would get less than Zero stars to this location. This location staff is not helpful at all. I wish I could just contact corporate directly! !

This particular Walgreens is located on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Bridgeway Boulevard. It is located right next to an AutoZone and across Bridgeway to a CVS, have you ever noticed that these are always right next door to each other? As an added reference points, it is located next to the Winn Dixie shopping mall. There is plenty of parking and this particular Walgreens. Wallet is next to the Bridgewater neighborhood, it would also serve the residents of Waterford Lakes and Avalon Park quite conveniently, as well. Also with it being on East Colonial Drive, it is very convenient for a multitude of people who regularly travel this road. This location is relatively well-stocked and the service is friendly. All in all, I would have to recommend here.

Juan is an absolute nightmare. I have never in my life experienced such horrific and rude customer service. I understand it's a pandemic, but no one asked for anything ridiculous. And hey buddy it's your job!! The one you've been at for 7 years, you would think you had this customer service thing down by now but I guess not. PS: I check my passport and I am smiling wide!
