Today I came to this pharmacy, and the girl at the cash register was there and she greeted me very friendly, I was looking for something specific and in the aisle I saw a man with glasses (I don't know if he was the manager) and I asked him about the baby things to which he went to the baby aisle but he saw the girl at the cash register and said: are you supposed to be there to help the customers! I thought it was very rude on his part to the girl and to me, why does that mean he didn't want to help me? If I see him first and ask him something, why would he respond in such a rude way to his coworker! It was really a very uncomfortable situation!

staff was very rude. I had to use the restroom. I came in at 8:58 before they close and they kicked me out even though I was literally about to piss my pants. They didn’t even do it nicely. No, they did it rudely. indian guy and chubby guy very very rude. now I have to find a bathroom as a female at night … thanks walgreens

This pharmacy it’s the worst…. Never ready,,,, always late … no respect for patients… no respect for anyone or anything but what else we can expect if the few who are working every shift are overloaded with work and obviously always angry in that environment .

Arrived outside 10 minutes before closing time (8:50 since they close at 9) and the manager was standing at the door waving customers off saying they’re closed. I can deal with no longer being 24 hours, but closing 10 minutes early on top of that is just lazy.

Horrible service...never been treated that bad in a long time....wish my insurance was at cvs... way better service and treatment.....waiting for my medication for a week...told them to give up....I'll go somewhere else!!!

Today, 1/27/24, around 2:30 pm I went for passport photos. The man taking the pictures was rude and made unpleasant comments and expressions. He made me feel uncomfortable, so I left and went to another place. He complained that the day before he tried 15 times taking a picture to a customer, and he gave up. Based on my experience today, he makes customers feel uncomfortable, so the pictures don't look good.

I'm very frustrated with your pharmacy!!! They lied to my face!!!! Told me my insurance was the reason I could not get a 90 day of my prescription!!! Called my insurance said there was no reason I could not!!! They gave me the partial refill did not tell me at the time that it was only a partial so I did not notice that I did not have the full 90 days till I was home!!! Today I went they charged me a co pay and that is when I called my insurance to figure out why the way I get my script has changed!! Then found out that it was straight up lies!!! They could not even find my member info and I know I have one I worked next store to a walgreens for like 5 years and went almost everyday for lunch and waters!!! After I get this fixed I will never go to walgreens again!!! I would rather pay out of pocket at CVS than deal with this level of negligence by your pharmacy!!! Not to mention I literally drove out of my way to be this disrespected by your company because it was supposed to be a zero co pay for 90 days through my insurance!!! Instead I wasted gas, time,money, energy, phone calls, 2 trips to the pharmacy that were unnecessary!! You have lost this customer for LIFE and I will tell every person I know including my 6 mil followers on tiktok!!! I think I will get in touch with my local news stations as well!!! Don't go to the location on old winter garden road unless you want to deal with this level of unnecessary disregard for your time and business that this company does not deserve!!!! I would leave a zero if there was an option for it!!!!

I had spoke to Melissa for a refill on tmj medication,it was to be transferred from a different location.I'm a licensed pharmacy tech as well and the treatment I received from the operation pharmacy mgr (Melissa) is A+ customer service.from an employee to another for the same company,I am satisfied.I go over and beyond and I think they would too.when someone is in pain,its not cool to have them wait all day..location on 920 s kirkman rd. supposedly had it but it's out of stock suddenly,the one in apopka on main street didn't know the difference between capsule and tablet. Walgreen's pharmacy must do better with thoroughly checking stock and communication. Thank u Melissa!!!
