Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with for as long as I can remember. If you're not waiting in a long line to drop off your medicine, you're dealing with delays "from your insurance" or you're waiting hours to get your medicines filled. Dropped of a prescription at 1pm for 12 pills and still wasn't ready for pickup by 6pm...then the two heavyset females working tonight (9/24) had the nerve to give an unprofessional attitude. Had similar issues last week as well....so I will be finding a new pharmacy right after I'm done posting this.

Called and specifically asked if they accept USPS drop offs. They responded "Yes", low and behold when I drove up there, they only accept FedEx. This is why I called and asked.....please train your employees to understand how to ask for help if they don't have an answer to a customers question. 1 person working the entire store doesn't help either. This area isn't the safest. I'd choose any other business.

If you want to waste HOURS of your vacation, this is the place to get Covid testing! Even with confirmed online appointments from days prior, we were turned away because apparently the lab was behind processing pre-paperwork. Offered to self-pay and re-register but was still turned away. Completely inefficient using the pharmacy drive-through to also take testing patients. Waited an hour in that line alone after driving 90 minutes to and from Disney.

Had great experience filling prescription today! staff was helpful and friendly on the phone and in person, and got it filled quickly for me and was ready when I asked to pick up. Thanks!

People who are filling prescriptions usually don't feel well and the last thing they need is a hassle. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I've come to expect from the pharmacy at this location of Walgreens. I come here to refill my script every 1 or 2 months and it's ALWAYS something. The customer service in the drive thru regularly falls between frosty cold to phony and contrived. Prepare to be treated like an annoyance. This would be a one star review if not for what occurred during my last visit to pick up my refill (which took several hours to fill). I decided to bypass the drive thru and come inside for a change. The store is attractive, clean and offers a wide variety of products to purchase, but what impressed me most was Marvin, the polite young man who rang up my transaction. He smiled, made eye contact and took the time to make genuinely friendly conversation. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with and thanked me for my business at the conclusion of our interaction. If Marvin isn't the manager of this store, he should be and if the current manager reads this, I hope he has Marvin re-train the pharmacy employees because they SUCK. Way to go, Marvin! Walgreens doesn't deserve you.
