I was treated rudely by one of your female employees doing stock. At first I thought she was a customer. Then she almost took my head off say "CAN'T YOU WAIT." She does not know,what customer service is. I have been working in customer service for over 30 years

Amazingly friendly and prompt, even when they busy, service from the pharmacy. The staff are always smiling and courteous to us and answer all our questions. Everyone including the pharmacist himself is always very welcoming and I won't go anywhere else.

Excellent service at the front check out always! The employees and managers are very responsible and thoughtful. I’m concerned for their health though - Their AC units have not worked properly since 2019! It is always humid and uncomfortable when I walk in there. Sometimes I have found them sweating. And the smell of mold is very strong. Please consider changing the air conditioning units for these employees instead of trying to fix the old unit, which has obviously lived out its useful life. The mold is accumulating on their VENTS. Please help us keep this wonderful staff healthy and also the customers. ??❤️?? If not for the HVAC problem, this store would be 5 stars!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I walk up to the photo counter and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me. No greeting. No “I will be right with you.” Nothing. I get you are busy but SPEAK. Don’t make me feel like you are just ignoring me standing there. When I finally said “excuse me can I get some help” is when she decides to respond “I’m busy I’ll be right with you” and I respond “thanks that’s all you had to say”. She then asked another gentleman to help me. He was kind and efficient. But this lady had no customer service skills at all. Saturday 6:40pm.

This Walgreens location is calm, attentive, and pretty easy to get in and out. Not really a long line for checkout or pharmacy. Your usually in an out as soon as you pick up a prescription, or are just purchasing items in general.

Listen I come to this walgreens often I live right next door. And everyone I come Mr. David is there. He gets whoever he wants to greet. He always throwing my items and other customer before me items in the bag. He ride when handing you your receipt he might as well just throw it at us how aggressive he is. He act like you bothering him when you at work. I gave 3 stats because the other cashiers are sweet and pleasant but some days I just turn around when he's in there. Mr. Roy have his days but at least he still pleasant.

I had a scheduled appt for a covid test and after gathering every bit of energy I had to drive to Walgreens, the tech tells me to come back later, because the pharmacist needs to go to lunch. So what! I have an appointment. I have covid, I’m super weak, and it’s a self administered test, why do I need a pharmacist to hand me the test. It’s ridiculous! I didn’t go back, I’m too weak to drive and will wait for CVS to have an appt, at least they are more considerate of their patients. Horrible customer service.

2 weeks ago I bring a prescription they told me will be ready in 2 hours I came back 3 hours later when I asked they begin to process and told me I need to came back in 2 hours. Today I went to pick up a prescription should be ready I called last Friday and told because I working the same hours while the store is open that I will pick up Sunday I went to pick up at 1:30pm and they was taken out the prescription because have one week only 1 medication even when I called them. And they told me come back at 4:30pm

Washed my hands on this one...reordered 6 scripts last Wed May 4...just went and picked up...only had 3 ready: after verifying on the phone. I don't want your apology....and furthermore, 1 of their employees canceled my husband's auto refill...due to her incompetence.Will sure be transferring scripts to Publix. Have had issues for years....finally had enough.
