Walgreens at Aloma & Palmetto in Winter Park. Kind, efficient,courteous, and understanding. Have received follow-up calls when starting or changing of meds.Truly care about their customers. So very rare these days!

Extremely unhelpful pharmacist. Having a known issue with their system that deletes prescriptions and have done nothing to remedy this.

I read the other reviews and I can confirm. The Pharmacist here us difficult to work with and it's just much easier to use a different location.

Though staff seems friendly enough. The hours are not good for those who work 2 jobs, 1 from home week days, 1 of the theme parks live 2 blocks from the store. Why did employee who told me the prescription would be ready on Saturday that they close at the 5pm and are closed on Sundays. Really closes at 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday closed entirely. Should have went to the Wal-Mart neighborhood store pharmacy. My dog went 3 more days than should've. I am not using Walgreens pharmacy ever again.

COVID-19 test done here, person at drive thru took a long time getting right name and didn't informed us there was issue with website, so we had to come back in a hurry to get paper results. On the other hand, My daughter went to college park pharmacy 1/2 hour before because she received a call in the morning informing her there was a problem with the System and to arrive earlier. Don't go here for COVID-19 test ...... or anything

Had a terrible experience at the pharmacy, the pharmacist wouldn't answer any of my questions when he sent me away about a px I needed to pick up. I had to have my dr. call to see what the problem was bc they wouldn't help me. After that, I get told Walgreens is up charging a px that should have been $90 to $500!!!!!! Terrible service, terrible location, terrible everything!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They need to seriously fire the pharmacist (short young Indian guy) that was on duty today. I was trying to fill medication I have filled at this same location for over a year now and this rude man went on a power trip refusing to give me my medication I had a script for. I was there for AN HOUR before realizing he literally wasn't going to help me. It was seriously discriminatory and the way he talked down to me like I'm an idiot made me angry. It is mental health meds he refused to fill so if I am unmedicated and something happened, that would be directly his fault so I hope he's okay with living with that blood on his hands. I feel bad for anyone else who has had a similar experience here because it could kill people refusing to give medication prescribed by their doctor. Karma will get him. I went to cvs down the street right after and they filled my script in 5 minutes with no questioning, no issues. He put me thru hell for no reason.

pharmacist is so rude here it's insufferable. also they are allowing drive thru testing patients walk up to curb where everyone congregates on curb blocking cars while waiting for their results

Jason The pharmacy supervisor is always very respectful and always helps me resolve whatever issues there are with my medication. He's very courteous and kind and he knows how to provide excellent customer service. The other staff though on the other hand is very rude and always tries to divert me or transfer me or push me to another pharmacy.

Love this place!!! It's like my go place.. I can grab a small snack and allergy meds at the same time.. this is Florida! Just make sure you take any coupon books or coupons needed for an extra cash savings. This is not the location to help with that. The friendly meter is not what I'm used to at the counter , but the pharmacy staff! JASON is my favorite pharmacist! He is super knowledgeable and kind! The best in the entire area! I will always go back for him!

Keep your expectations LOW - and this'll seem like a good store. These guys are definitely the 3 stooges driving the short bus to work.
