Terrible pharmacy services. It is a problem that they have your medications ready even when you receive a reminder call to pick up the medications. On several occasions they have not had the medications. They take a long time to serve you. The store in general does not have a variety purchased from others.

I always go by the drive by and pick up my meds and it's pretty quick to get in and out and they always ask me if I have any questions about my meds.

Be Careful! Safety and security issue.Outside Walgreens is dark at night. Walgreens sign doesn’t work. You have people asking money in parking lot. Avoid this Walgreens store.I am surprised Walgreens area manager and store manager don’t care about safety of the people.

Was there in line with 4 other patrons at 9 am to p up rxAccording to Chris manager the pharmacist would be there in 2 minutesWell I was the last one to leave atc920 and the window was still closeThis seems to be a chronic pattern with at least this location?If this is the new normal then why don't you post the hours to read "open at 9:00Providing walgreens can get a pharmacist to be here on time

Never had trouble with this Walgreens, staff is helpful and I swear it is the only Walgreens pharmacy that answers the phone, and is pleasant. Kissimmee Walgreens is awful, rude people and never ever answer the phone, and 500 people work there!!

People should not be treated rude and at this place it is a very rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to this place again wear they think they are so good an better than anyone.

I had my prescription transferred to this store, because it’s closer to me. They then tell me that they don’t have the medication. So I tell them that I will just get it at the store farther away. They then tell me that I need to call the other pharmacy back to get it transferred back to there??? WHAT?

Walgreens is it okay for certain things like paper towels and their toilet paper and certain vitamins Etc, but I would prefer other pharmacies over them for the fact that they do run a little bit higher and the help sometimes it's kind of rude

When my spouse and i walked in we were asked to put on masks. When we asked if they provide them they stated that we could purchase one. That they do not provide them. In what way does that make sense. For us to purchase a mask we would have to get in line anyway.

I don't like the Walgreens because I purchased a whip cream can. Well,I got home and it was broken. It wouldn't spray out the whip cream. I took it to the store for an exchange and was told I didn't purchase it there. I had a receipt. The man who said he was the manager didn't even look at the cans he has on the shelf in the dairy section to even compare it. He treated me like I was not valued as a customer. This was before the COVID19 came about.He was a tall black man who wouldn't even tell me his name. Very rude. I will only use the pharmacy cause they have always been very kind.I hope that my review will reach out to people that can shop at the CVS across the street and not contribute to a store that allows a person to treat his customers as if they are not valued enough to spend their money there.

This pharmacy is horrible, DO NOT GO HERE. my current place could not fill my medication so they called here to have it filled. they verified all my information with the pharmacy i went in and was told they didn't have any of my info on file and that they don't have my script available . Mind you this is a daily medication i have to take. The lady was unhelpful and told me i have to call my other place to get it straightened out . yet this pharmacy was the one who said it was good to go and they had all my info. DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS BAD !!!!!!!!!!
