If you read the other reviews, you will see a few references to a cashier who is very rude, unfriendly, and shouldn't be working there. I agree. If this were an employee of mine, he would've been fired a long time ago. There is absolutely no excuse for your cashiers not being friendly. if you must shop here, think again.

Made an appointment for the COVID PCR test. Showed up and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't have the materials to do it. Shouldn't be offering PCR test appointments if you don't have the ability to do it!

This particular Walgreens is located on East Colonial Drive and is a part of the Colonial Town Shopping Plaza. It is a convenient location just east of the downtown Orlando area and being on the main road, it is easy enough to get to.There is a decent amount of parking and the staff is friendly enough. All in all, it was a generally positive experience.

Dealing with the Pharmacy, lady had a very hard time speaking English, was very rude. They would not refund me for test results I never received. She would not let me talk and said I will transfer you to the store manager and immediately put me on hold. I have been playing the hold game for 15 minutes. They will answer it after it rings again and then will not say anything and put me on hold. I heard the lady say one time no no don't answer it. Horrible and rude people!

The WORST pharmacy ever! I have given this place 5 years of business and never once did they ever not have a problem with my script. Same script same insurance same policy coverage same time of the month same everything. Every time you call, you wait forever and then they hangup (4 times today) My mother has the same issues at another Walgreens and my cousin at a Walgreens in Lake Nona! Your pharmacy teams are USELESS! I hate being this ugly but I’m tired of this. What happens to the elderly when they have an issue, or call? You need to reassess your staff quickly!

The like let the phone ring and ring and ring, pick up and ask you to hold and then just let it ring and ring again and finally just hang up on you so you can get back in queue. Classy. In total I was on the phone 2 times for 28 minutes and was hung up on by the store twice. I finally drove up to the store where, guess what, there was NO ONE IN LINE INSIDE. One car was driving off as I pulled up. We spent 17 minutes at the drive through. I called Walgreens national customer service and filed a complaint, stating I wanted a call back from the district manager. I was told the complaint would be sent to upper management and I’d here from someone. There were at least three people (visibly) working in the pharmacy so I’m unclear as to why they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone or handle the empty drive-through in a timely manner.

Overall good service, and this is coming from someone who gets prescriptions there at least twice a month. I was especially impressed with the pharmacists I’ve interacted with, efficient, kind and professional. My only complaint is the drive-through wait time… If there’s 2 cars in front of you then you’re legitimately looking at a 30 minute wait. I’ve actually waited 40 minutes on several occasions.
