We are staying here at the moment for a week with our 2 sons while visiting Disney World and this Hotel has exceeded all our expectations . The rooms are luxurious and kept to a very high standard , the beds and bed linen so comfy just what you need after a long day at The Parks . The transport to and from the Parks is very well run and has always been on time .We have just ordered room Service as we didn't get a chance to eat earlier and it was wonderful . The whole place is spotless and all the Staff have been lovely . We will definitely be returning next year and maybe try breakfast included next time .

I took my boyfriend to Orlando for his birthday. The Waldorf did not disappoint. Great service from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I called to make a special request in regards to his birthday and they made our experience unforgettable. On top of keeping a Very clean and peaceful environment, we were very relaxed. My only complaint is a barking dog coming from one of the nearby rooms at 1am. I'd like to add the parking garage is located next to the hotel so you'll have to walk. We had to park in the garage, walk to the hotel next door regardless we will definitely return. 5 star rating and A+ customer service. I recommend the breakfast buffet, pricey but delicious for an unlimited breakfast.

Took my wife to Orlando for our anniversary. The Waldorf did not disappoint. Great service from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Very clean and peaceful. We spent some time by the pool and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The Spa was really nice as well. We signed up for a couples message and it was great. Very relaxing. My only complaint is that the self parking is hard to find at first. The parking garage has the hotel next doors name on the sign and isn't very close. We had to park in the garage, walk to the hotel next door, and take a golf cart ride from their to the Waldorf. The hotel nextdoor is also a Hilton property. I would recommend using valet as that is what I will do next time. I will definitely return. 5 star rating and A+ customer service. I recommend the breakfast buffet, delicious.

Went here with some family when going to Universal. Loved the place, it is nicely decorated and for sure seems like they keep up with the cleaning pretty well here. The service was nice and quick when it came to check-in and any of our dining experiences. I would 10/10 recommend this place if in the area visiting and looking for a nice place to stay. They have a bar which serves food as well and a really good breakfast spot that we hit everyday!

The property is phenomenal. The service is hit and miss, some are great and help you out with the best attitude while a few other (but a number enough to leave us with the impression that the property has not the service you would expect at a hotel or this category) do not do their job with a good attitude.
The best: rooms and facilities in general
The worst: the restaurant Bull and Bear, although it is operated separately from the hotel, it is one of the worst places I have ever been. I would expect a restaurant of the category to have at least one very good restaurant.

Wow wow wow. No words for this amazing resort. From the impeccable service, to the delicious poolside food and drinks, we felt luxury at its finest here. We also love working out, and it’s rare these days that a hotel have a full functioning gym. The breakfast had so many options we didn’t know what to pick. The rooms were clean as can be (I’m very ocd about that!!) we truly loved our experience. Our only tip would be to potentially in the future distinguish an adults only pool (they have 2) since we were traveling with no kids and having our distance would’ve been nice - however traveling to Orlando you can’t really get away from kids! It’s also smack dab next to Disney, we saw the fireworks when we were turning into the hotel!
Anyhow, we loved our time here and we can’t wait to come back!

I was highly upset with the concierge service. I explained that my husband had just lost a close family member. I wanted to do something nice, and get a bottle of bourbon sent up to the room to ease the pain. Not only did they offer crap bourbon (you are the Waldorf and he had just paid about $850 a night. You can and should do better than Jack Daniels as your bourbon.), they gave him the smallest bottle of vodka (not comped, which I wasn’t expecting, but if you’re going to charge me what you did, it should be good vodka), and couldn’t even bring up club soda. With a place like Waldorf Astoria, I would assume the highest quality. Not nickel and diming those that pay that kind of money money for a room. Especially under the circumstances. Such a disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at the Waldorf Orlando. We were upgraded to a beautiful large corner suite that was perfect for a trip with the kids. Service was impeccable from all of the staff from pulling up to the housekeepers.
We spent one full day at the pool with the kids and had a great time transitioning from pool to pool and playing with the outdoor toys.
Special shout out to Nic, Lewis and Tavoun at aquamarine. We had two meals there and the food was impressive especially as it was a poolside restaurant. I was on the fence the first night and asked Tavoun what to order, he recommended the chicken Kabob and it did not disappoint.
Rooms: Corner suite was beautiful and perfect for a family of 4. We were also able to see the drone show at Disney springs at night.
Nearby activities: Disney!
Signia pool has a nice relaxing lazy river and a water slide my daughter loved!
Food & drinks: Aquamarine has a fairly large menu and the food was great, something I would expect from a Bistro indoors but they manage to deliver it poolside.
Breakfast buffet was also very nice, the pastry selection was large, as were the hot options and the smoke salmon bar. Highly recommend the donut, cinnamon bun and fruit tart (delicious and buttery, melted in your mouth).
