PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, RELIABLE & EASY TO WORK WITH. I am the Vice President of Digital Marketing for one of the largest timeshare companies in the US. We have three business locations in the Orlando-Kissimmee area, and I work from the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale. I have been working with Visual Signs for the past 2 years, I am the Creative Director for a non profit they work all the signage materials for our events. They are my favorite sign company, it is easy to work with them, they give their 100% always and make sure the quality of their work is the best. Poor communication from the owner, Roger, after taking my deposit, which he ran the full amount instead of half. Four weeks after charging my card I was asked for the survey which was provided at the time of the initial consultation/ estimate. It took five weeks to receive permit paperwork, and the paperwork was incorrect. I gave them a week to fix it, no such luck. I was told when I made the deposit I would have signs in two to three weeks. I now have a tenant who cant finalize his inspection because he has no sign.I found out that they were subcontracting to Sign Crafters, you might as well take your business there if you need a sign for your business.

I can not recommended them enough. My signs were one of the last things I had done before my wedding. They created these absolutely beautiful signs and were able to complete them within the week. The communication was flawless and costumer service is unmatched!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Visual Signs. The account setup was a breeze, the customer service was friendly, and the cost and timeliness of the order was affordable and quick! Jacques was very helpful with starting my order and Marie-Claire communicated well with me to ensure that my sign would satisfy my expectations! The photo shows my name rider (black rectangle) under the for sale sign, it printed exactly as I ordered it!

DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. Family Owned AND Operated!! Fair prices, THEY EXPEDITED MY ORDER WITHOUT BATTING AN EYE!! Setting up an event for a client, and on the last day of setup, decided they wanted Vinyl letters...our company came from Miami and called here first!! I couldn't let it go without leaving them a review!!I placed my order around 9:30-10:00 am and was already holding the letters in my hand by 2:30 pm!!Thank you for such a great experience!!

After 2 years and half a dozen sign companies later, we finally found Roger. What a godsend! I'm not sure why our wall graphics, etched vinyl and acrylic sign needs were such a problem for so many others, but Roger's work turned out gorgeous! His experience and insight proved to be invaluable to the success of our project. Roger, Pete, and Marie's commitment to customer satisfaction was outstanding! We were treated like our's was a half million dollar project (it was far from that!) and their only customer. We will not be shopping for another sign company as long as Visual Signs is in business!
