I do not recommend. Very flaky and not helpful. I had been in touch with a woman named Jezabel. She never called when scheduled to call and never returned emails. This is difficult when my spouse and I work full time and are not on her schedule. Not a good start to trip planning. Considering other options for our December trip.

First of all, let me state that I not the type of person who would write a review not to mention, a negative review. However, I am very disappointed with the service my family and I received on our recent Florida vacation (Oct 8-15). During this year's vacation, my family and I wanted to try something different from the amusement park scene; so, we decided to purchase tickets to the Wild Safari Drive Thru Park to see animals up close, in addition, we purchased tickets for a 30 min air boat ride for Oct 13th (trying something new); however, the agent we spoke with (Luis) did not mention that the airboat ride was non operational until Oct 17th. When I called the Safari park to schedule reservations, that is when I was told of this issue; I was advised to contact Visit Orlando from whom I purchased the tickets. I knew that the tickets were non-refundable but when I explained that we were not fully informed regarding our itinerary, I was told there was nothing I could do to get our money back for the airboat portion. We spoke to various agents (Joan, Fernanda & Tina) requesting to send our issue up to Escalations but we got nowhere. An hour later we received an email stating that Visit Orlando reviewed our order and was sorry to inform that we could not be refunded the airboat portion. Since we couldn't get a refund for the Safari park, we decided to go while we still pleaded our case. Once we arrived we were told that the alligator park was closed due to Hurricane Ian. Before entering the park, we pleaded our case again with Sam Severs who is Wild Safari's Operational/Sales Manager; she took our information and told us that she would take care of the issue and assured us that we should receive a refund. Until this day, we have yet to contacted by Visit Orlando regarding issuance of a refund. I don't appreciate my money being kept due some ridiculous technicality. Regardless, of the "no refund" policy, I think it is good business to make exceptions, especially when the consumer was not fully informed. I have learned my lesson and I will not deal with 3rd parties when it comes to purchasing venue/park tickets. I hope this review will be helpful to someone else.

Better off going straight through Disney’s website and paying the extra 5.00 for each ticket… this company can’t accommodate anything, linking your tickets to the Disney portal (required) is a headache and these tickets are not eligible for certain add ons (even after the ticket is linked to your Disney account). We had to wait until the day of our visit to add on genie plus (another waste btw) and could barely make reservations because the early time slots were taken. I called visitorlando the day before and was supposed to get a call back the same day… they emailed me at 4 pm while we were leaving the theme park. Needless to say, the trip was a bust. The reservation stuff is stressful and useless.

Great place to start your vacation, family reunion, or just a getaway. Visit Orlando is the official tourism website for attractions, events, hotels, conferences, shopping, sports, and those places you didn't know about this beautiful city to explore.

Total scam. Buy direct from where you are going. Visit Orlando does not stand behind what they sell. They will give you the runaround and drag out pretend help until you wear out.

Buyer beware! We purchased tickets for Universal and Disney to be used May 2020. Both parks are closed and we are unable to go. I called both theme parks and they are offering complete refunds for any tickets purchased directly through them. When I contacted Visit Orlando, I was told that they are not giving any refunds. My only options are to go later (which is not possible for my family, give my tickets away, or just get used to the idea that I have lost $1000.00. Bottom line: Don't plan ahead. Don't buy things from third party vendors. I regret that I did business with Visit Orlando. Please learn from my mistake.

Bought a reservation over the phone. Was told I had to do was cancel within seven days if I changed my mind. I called the same day I made the reservation and they told me they couldn't cancel over the phone. Very misleading. Customer Service is nonexistent. I'm sending my cancellation by certified mail with proof of delivery. If that doesn't work I have to involve my credit card company. Stay away from Windham destinations. I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience. Service is nonexistent. I'm sending my cancellation by certified mail with proof of delivery. The best place for any of your attraction needs in the Orlando area. The people there are extremely helpful and attentive. They are extremely familiar with the Orlando area, so knowledgeable. The attraction ticket prices are fairly reasonable. A one stop shop for your Orlando vacation needs.
