“What a wonderful experience. Our primary vet had no availability for a sick visit for our dog so I called around to other local vets. Eastwood was not only able to fit me in within the hour, but provided top notch service. Dr Castillo was informative, took time to answer questions and seemed to truly care. Additionally, all another staff members that helped during our visit were so sweet and made sure to make Lily very comfortable. I will be switching to this practice from our other vet!”

“I've been taking my dog to KRVC since 15 years ago, and the experience has been great. All of the staffs are very friendly and caring and make sure all the needs are met.

My dog has been seen by multiple doctors and assistants, but I'd like to leave a special thanks to Dr. Eliscu and Dr. Joyner.

Recently, my dog went through a life-threatening situation, and Dr. Joyner accurately spotted the issue during a physical examination when I took him in. If the doctor didn't spot the issue in the first place, it's possible that my dog's life couldn't have been saved. Dr. Joyner has seen my dog through rough times in the past too, and her empathy, accuracy, and eagerness to save my dog each time has been very appreciative. I am glad that my dog is seen by such a wonderful doctor.

Also importantly, without Dr. Eliscu's precise surgery, my dog wouldn't be here today. Even during her day off, when it was mentioned that my dog needs an emergency surgery, the doctor quickly ran over to the clinic to get the operation done within the same day. Thankfully, the operation went well, and my dog is recovering day by day. Additionally, Dr. Eliscu has been providing excellent support even after the surgery; calling in one or more times daily to check how my dog is doing. She even went to the clinic the day after the surgery to call me to check up my dog's status. Every time she hears or sees a good sign during the recovery process, she demonstrates her happiness as if it was of her own dog's. My dog is so lucky to be taken care of such an amazing doctor who is so caring and skilled as a surgeon.

“Dr. Fife and his team are amazing. They were able to assess and diagnose my dogs eye issue quickly and efficiently. Dr. Fife was very thorough in his explanation of my dogs condition and even emailed me discharge instruction with more detail and pictures. I am very impressed.”

“In May, my baby Althea was diagnosed with a mammary tumor and we were referred to Animal Cancer Care Clinic. Dr. Ruddle and the whole staff were great to us. Most vets we’ve been to haven’t understood or been patient with Althea’s anxiety and the team here was so incredibly kind and patient with her it made us all feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ruddle was able to operate and remove the entire tumor and then referred us to Dr. Sones for oncology.

Dr. Sones was so good to us. He answered every question I had, took the time to explain every treatment option, and talked us through this incredibly difficult time. He was a great support and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s obvious everyone here cares very deeply about their patients. He always called me back to talk about treatment options, side effects, and any questions I had. He made sure we felt supported and understood everything that was going on.

The nurses and vet techs were incredible. Althea trusted them. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. They didn’t think she was mean or reactive, they understood she was just nervous and protective of her family. No vet we’ve ever been to has been as kind or patient as the team here.

Unfortunately, we lost Althea suddenly last week. The team did everything they could to prevent this and I believe they gave her an extra 8 weeks of happiness. It’s hard. Cancer sucks. I miss her so much. I’m grateful for the team here and everyone who gave Althea their all and treated her with so much love and kindness. Thank you for trying to save my best friend. She loved all her friends at Animal Cancer Care Clinic.

My only comment is that the emergency line is only 24 hours Monday-Wednesday. Althea passed late Thursday into Friday. Once she started to decline, we called the emergency service, left a voicemail explaining her symptoms and the urgency of the situation with a number to call us back, we never got a response or call back. This was really scary because there’s no after hours support for half the week. You can’t schedule an emergency like this, a call back at least would’ve been comforting.”

“Been seeing this vet for 15 plus years. They are always kind and go out of there way to help your pets. I had to leave my dog overnight for a few nights because she wasn't doing well. They gave her an exam room to hang out in (which I'm sure was a strain on their everyday operations) at no cost to me, just to make sure she was ok. And gave me the ability to come in and visit with her when I was able. A few years later when it came time to put her down (at their new location) they made things as easy as they could be, called me when her ashes were ready to pick up. They put her ashes in a beautiful wood box and took her footprint to give me as well.

Long story short, these people care, they cared then, and they care now about my new dog. They will not try to talk you into pointless tests, they will give you payment plans for things that require it. This is the best Vet in the area hands down. You are doing yourself and your pets a disservice if you do not bring them here. Every day they have their patients names written on a chalkboard. They are so good. Please please please bring your pets here. Amazing staff, amazing Doctors. All around good people that want the best for your pets.”

“This is without a doubt the best vet office in Florida.

We have been going to a different vet for about 4 years and every time the experience got worse. We hated the experience just as much as our cats did. Our cats would sit an hour+ in the clinic room to only be grabbed and taken to the back room for their shots and yearly tests. We were lucky to be able to talk to the doctor for more than 1-2 minutes. Our last visit lasted 3 hours for a single cat checkup so we looked for a different vet.

Our family raved about Hunter’s Creek Animal Hospital so we thought we’d give it a try. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating during our visit and made sure our cats were cared for and their owners calm during a stressful visit. Dr. Bayer came in and performed all of the yearly tests and administered their vaccines all in the room. We got to see the care and attention that the doctor provided for our cats during the visit. Both cats were as calm as could be and got to see us the entire time. At one point I was tearing up because it felt like we really found a place that truly cared about our cats. We weren’t some number on a list or part of a queue that needed to be finished. I think this office should be proud that they are providing such a well needed service for their community with professionalism and compassion.

Update: We’ve been taking our cats here for a few years now and while they obviously are never overjoyed to be at the vet, they are so calm with Dr. Bayer and his staff. ? We are extremely grateful for this vet office.”

By the time I met with Dr Olson at Varsity Veterinarian Clinic, I was incredibly anxious about my cat and anxious about getting her better testing. Dr. Olson was very thorough, kind, and intelligent; she saw how stressed I was and was able to immediately test my cat and gave me an extensive treatment plan and schedule. “If I could give 1,000 stars I would. We evacuated to Orlando during Hurricane Milton. It became apparent that morning that our beloved Cooper couldn't hang on any longer. Dr. Hayes and his staff could not have been more understanding, supportive and stayed open that morning knowing that there could be people like us who desperately needed them.

At 17.5, Cooper's little body was failing him and while we had known the end was close for awhile, it became apparent he wasn't going to make it and we needed to help him pass peacefully. We walked into the clinic and immediately, Dr. Hayes assessed Cooper and told us we were already starting to lose him. He was the only dog we've ever had and I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate doctor to help me let him go.

We were out of town, staying at a hotel because our home wasn't safe, and Dr. Hayes and his staff made us feel like they had been our care team for Cooper's entire life (I wish they had). I will forever be grateful to them and I can honestly say we would drive from St. Pete to Orlando to have the kind of care we received with Cooper if we had any other pets.

“During our sweet boy Wolfie’s last year, Dr. Nannette Wagner provided the best possible care for him through his journey with congestive heart failure and tracheal collapse. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She got to know our Wolfie and his conditions extremely well, and was able to adjust his meds and add new ones to address whatever issue came up or became aggravated. She did not order unnecessary tests or x-rays at every return like other vets in the area do, and she was always willing to write prescriptions that I could fill elsewhere.

In the end, when it was apparent that he could no longer go on, we were thankful that she was the one to put him to sleep, and he went peacefully and comfortably in her care. I could not have asked for a better vet during the last year of our sweet boy’s life. I will be forever thankful to Dr Wagner and her team of techs, as well as the office staff, for providing the outstanding and compassionate care that they did. I give Dr. Wagner and Conway veterinary Hospital my highest recommendation.”

My cat recently had to stay at the office due to severe dehydration and new diagnosis of diabetes, and I never had a doubt in the care she provided. While my cat was at the office she would FaceTime me and send me videos because she knew how much of a nervous wreck I was, as it was my first time having to board my cat. Her prices are reasonable and Dr. Shah is very easy to communicate with, which makes the visits and hard times more bearable. Everyone at her office is extremely lovely, and makes you feel very welcomed and cared for while at the office. Dr. Shah told me she would do anything to make my cat feel better and she really did.
