This pet store is really conveniently located and the staff is friendly and helpful. They don't have as big a variety of items like at bigger stores but it's got all the staples. You definitely want to sign up for their rewards program, you get email reminders of rewards coupons and other specials. It's nice to have a pet supply place so close by :)

Vip Petcare was providing the services. I was told to submit the shot report to the county for a county rabies shot tag, orange county does not give these out unless they actually see or gave the shots to your pet. so you will get a generic tag that does not identify which county your dog is from nor will you receive county paper or what you would receive from an actual vets office. I went to this because i was short on time never again. if per chance you lose your dog where or which county would they know to send it? i called customer service and they said yes not all counties will send you a badge with our proof of vaccines. which was not what was told to me at the time of payment. keep that in mind as this information is not registered with the county at all other than a receipt they send to your email.

Today my husband and I went into this location looking for a fairly large container for our cats dry food. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and after getting to the register, my coupon wasn't working. Turns out it was expired but Cody, the manager was so kind, he honored the coupon!! I'm so grateful for his willingness to help us out, and even though it was like 2$ that we saved, because of that 2$ this location has gained my business for life! Thanks Cody, for making our experience a great one.

Love this place! Pretty much my go to for fish needs, everything is pretty clean and well maintained. The workers were friendly and asked about my tank and gave me some recommendations.

One of my favorite pet stores in the area. Great friendly service and great fish collection! They can special order different fish and shrimps if they are available from their distributor. Great live plant selection, as well.
