Really BAD STORE. Customers MEAN CRAP to VERIZON At Least When Comes To VERIZON'S ALAFAYA TRAIL STORE. We The Customers Are NOT ALLOWED to Use The Restroom. And I was Sent To The VESPI COFFEE SHOP. To Use The Restroom. VERY DISRECPECTFUL. Also I Set Up A New Account With VERIZON And They Had The AUDACITY to ADD INSURANCE Without Consulting Me. No I CANT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. ALAFAYA TRAIL.

This is a corporate store and they are awesome! I recommend allowing Mildred Medina help you. My mom and I are difficult customers and she put up with us, got us a military discount on our bills, and got all of our stuff switched over. She is very knowledgeable and just a really cool person.

I first had to prove I was the manager for my own account. Due to a Verizon glitch in their system I had to change all my information. Then I traded my phone in and paid them to set my new phone up. 1 hour and 55 minutes later I am still waiting for my phone to be updated- this is after I was told it would be a 20 minute process. This store’s manager Kyra gave me a “sorry” that it took so long and go ahead and contact corporate if you have a problem. this place is full of scam artists. i needed a new phone so i switched to verizon’ cause they said i can get my phone paid for if i traded my old one so did that, and the guy said i can get a free apple watch with it.
saw my bill, paying for it all. not even the apple watch had a deal.
tired of getting lied to be these phone companies.

Annessa was great! Helped me establish a new plan, and I previously got established a few months ago getting the internet gateway plan. Everyone is so welcoming and it's a great environment to be in.

I visited this location looking into switching service to Verizon. Eventhough I did not make the switch I was attended to in a timely and efficient manner. Daniela and staff were great. I would recommend Daniela and this location if you are searching

The service with Verizon has completely declined over the last year! This provider is extremely expensive and charges fees for everything. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone! I wouldn’t be surprised if they are shut down very soon. Verizon is a huge scam!Also, sure customer service was outsourced! Such an inconvenience to have to sit on the phone for hours just to attempt to resolve an issue only to not have it resolved by people who can not help.****I am writing to update, that Verizon does not care about its long term customers and tech support is terrible! It takes over two hours to receive a resolution! I do not recommend and will never recommend to anyone! I just do not want to inconvenience my family by switching to another carrier!Do not ise Verizon!
