Wanted to upgrade my ancient phone and spoke with Frederick. He had a great attitude, was patient answering all of my questions, and helped me upgrade with relative ease. He even helped me apply my screen protector when I came back the next week. Super helpful guy.

Jeffrey went out of his way to please me - he was so helpful and understanding- made me feel so happy- Frederick is a young man who not only has the knowledge you need - but he will get the job done - and his easy going guy - he was able to communicate with me in such a easy way - and do everything so fast - this experience was nice - they never wants to you walk out of there with nothing but super nice experience- I wish them well . You could trust them .

Jeff was a huge help getting one of my business iPads back up and running after having a SIM card fail. My designers rely on their iPads for our sales process and they were able to fit me in and get me in and out in 15 minutes with a fix.

The only verizon store I would ever go to! They are very nice and knowledgeable!!!
The other verizon stores always sent me to call the 1-800 number, but not this one. They could actually help with all my questions! This is how all the verizon stores should be!

Today, I needed assistance with my elderly parents in Orlando because I live out of state. I called Verizon (the carrier my parents use), and I spoke to Blake to let him know their needs.
Blake was very kind and helpful. He was willing to call me when my parents arrive in the store to include me in my parent's visit. Blake isolated the problem immediately with their phone, fixed it, and all is GOOD!
My parent's smartphone is working great. I genuinely appreciate Blake’s kindness and professional service. He had gone beyond the call of duty to help solve my parent's smartphone problem.
Should you need help with anything, go to Verizon at Sandlake Road in the Dr. Phillips location and ask for Blake. After he helps you, you’ll leave with a warm smile in your heart for the great service you received.

I must write another review of the awesome service my parents recieved from Jeffrey at the Dr. Phillips Verizon Store. Jeffery was friendly, patient, and understanding. He had me on the phone so I could share my concerns regarding my parent's needs. Jeffrey went above and beyond the call of duty to help my parents. I am grateful to Jeffery for the outstanding person he is and for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you Jeffery!
