Fred was absolutely amazing and patient with our process of getting a new line and getting other lines reconnected. We were here in Orlando on vacation and everything went chaos on our last date with phones. Fred you ROCK!

Wanted to upgrade my ancient phone and spoke with Frederick. He had a great attitude, was patient answering all of my questions, and helped me upgrade with relative ease. He even helped me apply my screen protector when I came back the next week. Super helpful guy.
