Stay away from this place! Was lied to about my phone needing to be replaced when Verizon was having an outage. Called when I got home saying it still wasn't receiving texts. They promised I had 30 days to trade my phone back in. They wouldn't give me my phone back. They said the new plan was cheaper. It was way more expensive. Then they said they got me credits to bring the price down. Not true. I complained to the manager. He told me he got me discounts so the plan would be cheaper from then on. but he got a one month credit to make it look like he had brought the price down but it was only for one billing cycle. Although they make it look like a Verizon store, it is not a Verizon Store (it's an authorized dealer). so after they lie to you Verizon won't help you.
There is not a way to reply to the reply given to me so adding it here. I did get an incident number and contacted corporate many times. They did nothing.

Dont waist your time here at this store. It’s owned by cellular sales it’s not Verizon. I had to fight for 6 months for my trade in credit and my promos that I was supposed to get. The sales people aren’t trained well enough to make sure that you’re eligible for a promotion. I was told that I would get this and that when I preordered my watch and phone and then when I picked up my devices I was told my trade in wasn’t worth what I was originally told. Then I didn’t receive my trade in credit for my phone because they lost my trade in and the proper documentation was never sent over to Verizon so Verizon couldn’t do anything about it. Then I never received the promo on my watch because I didn’t have the right plan. I Was never told I needed to change my plan ever and I had been calling the store and the salesman for 6 months and they kept on telling me that they would fix it and never did. Finally I called cellular services main office and had to open a case which took a month for them to figure out what they did wrong. The only reason I got My mess cleaned up is because I called Verizon and asked them what to do and for their help. I will never go to a Verizon store ever again order your stuff straight from Verizon!

Don't bother going to this Verizon store they don't honor Verizon's promotions and the period to which they end. They told me they aren't doing the Xbox promotion for home internet and lied that it stopped nationwide when Verizon website claims to the 3rd and other stores have confirmed the same. No honoring the promotion is bad business. Horrible management decision

My experience at the Verizon store on Orange Blossom Trail was somewhat mixed. While the store had a decent selection of products, the service did not quite meet my expectations. The staff seemed busy, and I had to wait longer than anticipated to receive assistance. Additionally, the store's organization could be improved for a more streamlined customer experience. This location has potential but could benefit from enhanced customer service and better organization.

Made a huge mistake in buying a phone from cellular sales of Pennsylvania AKA Verizon across from Walmart. These guys convince me to buy a phone I didn't really want assuring me I could return it within 30 days and get a full refund, I returned it the next day and they charged me a $40 restocking fee. The district manager from Clearfield was there was loud obnoxious and a complete idiot. Buy from Verizon directly do not use this store.
