I've been living here for 3 years, the staff is friendly. Marisol is an awesome assistant manager very friendly... Sophia the leasing Specialist is very helpful and a great person, Mary the property manager is new but she friendly and easy to talk to. Love that this building is safe and secure.I just wanted to up date my review at Veranda Club Apartments.I've been living here for 8.5 years now, I only have good things to say about the staff, they are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.Nancy Harp is thoughtful, very friendly and helpful no matter the situation, she is understanding and empathetic towards others.Luis is awesome, very friendly and always willing to help.I love living at Veranda Club Apartments.

I’m a resident at the new and much nicer building next door Millennium Metro West and apparently Veranda Club towed my brand new car that had a resident parking sticker displayed on the car at the time of tow on the Public street allowing us to park there!! They towed it apparently due to having my dealer plates still on it that are barley expired due to fixing my car after a minor accident, meanwhile they appear to let people speed through loudly on the same street at night and do nothing about it. They didn’t even give me a warning so as a local guide with Google maps I hereby rate this business at 1 star until they remediate their quality in service to their neighbors. Honor thy neighbor in what the good book says and this place should follow this books advice.

Trying to facilitate a move from a distance is always challenging. Jackie Crawford was patient and always answered all my questions. Whatever I needed she made certain I had. It was very comforting to know that Jackie was there for my mother and I.

When we first stumbled upon Veranda Club, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nancy is the most thoughtful, gracious person, very welcoming.She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The Community Amenities are great, Conference Room with Elegant furniture, Theater Room, Business Center, Gyn and much more, everything one needs. Great Place at Great Location.Also, I like to mention Luis, he is a very nice person and is always available and helpful.I love my experience with Veranda Club, definitely A+ rating.Nancy and Luis go above and beyond to make us feel at home.

I love living in this place, I just renewed my contract because I don't have the financial conditions to move at the moment, I thought a lot before writing this review but unfortunately it is necessary. the apartment is beautiful, the staff are super friendly ( Nancy & Luis, but there is something that has taken my family's peace, the strong smell of marijuana that invades my house, it is difficult because we do not want to accuse anyone unfairly, although I already imagine who the inconvenient neighbor, I live on the sixth floor of the building and I have a todler and even in the heat we are forced to open our windows and turn off the air conditioning because the smell of marijuana is very strong.Life would be much easier if people simply followed the rules of coexistence, in the premises of the building there are several notices that inform that smoking is not allowed in the building.

I’ve been living here at Veranda for the past 2 years going on 3 years and I absolutely love it. Nancy is the glue that makes everything come together. There hasn’t been a time where I’ve went to her with a concern and she hasn’t taken care of it. This is the type of place that I don’t have an issue spending my money. Very quiet, the walls aren’t thin, and you can’t hear the people above. I would absolutely recommend Veranda Club to my family members and friends.

From the beginning of my rental search, Nancy was always approachable and willing to assist a future resident. I bugged her so many times asking about numerous floor plans and checking availability. She always had a smile and was willing to help.

Nancy was so kind so fit us into the schedule last-minute and gave a very thorough and efficient tour of the complex. The complex is beautiful and the area is great! We really appreciate her taking the time to give us the tour!

I have not had the best time while living here at Veranda club Apartments. They have contracted the worst tow company, the hallways always smell of marijuana, the neighbors are extremely loud, and getting guest upstairs is a hassle. It’s not worth what we pay for it. Now the rent has been raised $200.

Very nice building and apartments. Good mail system. My only issue with them was that my motorcycle was almost stolen from inside the gated parking (they hotwired it and moved it and then just left it, I guess someone spooked them) . The management team at the time did not help at all (2020) and claimed that the cameras were not operational.

I absolutely love living here at the Veranda Club Apartments. I have been here almost two years. I love the security of the building, the cleanliness and the wonderful staff, especially Nancy. She is very professional and pleasant. We also have a theater room and new gym. Can't wait to start using them. Another great thing about living here is that we are conveniently located near various shopping plazas, etc.

My experience at Veranda Club has been a pleasurable one, to say the least. From the moment I submitted my application to this present day, I do not have any regrets as it relates to my decision to move here. The property is centrally located, here in Orlando, and is safe & secure. The staff has been amazing! Nancy, in particular, has always been very professional and extremely helpful…no matter the situation.I would highly recommend Veranda Club to anyone, from single to multi-family households. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

I love living at Veranda Club! The building is in Old Italy style and because of the stone work through out, you cannot hear your neighbors. The neighborhood is convenient to Orlando and the parks. I enjoy the parking garage so I never step into rain. My favorite part though is the manager Nancy!!! She is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She is prompt with responses and truly wants her renters to love where they live!

My wife and I have lived at Veranda since 08/2019. Nancy and the staff have been responsive and welcoming to us and we would give them an B+ rating. We would give a B- overall. We love that this is luxury apartment. Security features are good The new wellness facilities, comptuer stations, movie room, arcade and pool tables add a welcomed touch to the luxury apartment standard. Challenges have been mainly the hallway carpets are stained and need at least quarterly cleaning and spot treatment. We have a serious pigeon poop problem to where we cannot park one of our vehicles in our parking space. The 3rd floor residential parking needs a thorough cleaning with all the pigeon poop and cobwebs in the ceiling. If the latter two issues were addressed and maintained, the rating would be an A. Thanks for considering our feedback.

I love this apartment complex in terms of the finishes of the units and the great views from the Metrowest Golf Course and surrounding areas. The staff is very kind and professional. This are the reason why I give a 4 instead of a 5: The common areas, outside unit window cleaninf and the parking space could be more clean, they should built a pool for residents, improvements to amenities shouldn't take so long, and there should be a way for residents to come into the property if they loose their key fob. An access code doors would work better.
