So I went into the shop on 10/21 and asked for the Procy Bloom. The purple one. I was sold a Desert model instead and when I went back to talk to the manager I noticed there’s other desert stuff in the case that’s purple too. It looks like sun damage and bleaching. Their Bubbler glass is doing the same thing in the case. Manager said the only thing he could do is swap it with the Bloom but he doesn’t have it. Really disappointing that there’s this big of a discrepancy in the advertised product. The manager said he will try ordering the Bloom to swap and if not he can’t offer a refund. We’ll see what happens but watch out if you go here the colors are not accurate!

It’s the second time I purchased a vape here that leaks! They do BOGO offers and I’m sure they know they don’t work properly.

This place is a joke. I went there purchased a vape, and they did not tell me before I paid for it that it did not come with the battery. They waited until the transaction went through to tell me, and then they slid me a battery that must’ve been a refurbished or old battery because it last may be 10 minutes at a full charge. Not to mention right before I wanted to change my mind on the purchase. As soon as I said it, my wife was standing there watched her press the button to complete the transaction before I was able to deny the transaction. This place is a complete scam, and they need to be shut down. They denied a refund or an exchange for the item. This place is a complete scam. Do not go here very bad business.-5 stars

I am beyond pleased with my visit here! When I first walked in, I was greeted with the most friendly welcome. It was a total vibe the entire time I was in the store. One of the associates, Phoebe, answered every question I threw at her. Along with showing me products I didn't even know I would be interested in! Great customer service from Phoebe and the other employees. I would recommend spot to anyone! I'll be stopping in again soon!

I've been coming here since I was 18 (before the law changed) never had a problem, great staff as well. I had gotten a Cali xxl and they didn't have any flavor and I already left and figured I couldn't do anything but they still traded it out. The respect and relationship with customers is the best in town by far.

Update: be careful of the woman who is very pale in color inserting manual transactions to overprice what is actually stated. Minus two stars just for that now you're down to three star for my review.Buy one get one is awesome with a great price!

I mean I really don't understand why you can't get your employee's to come to work on time why the hell are all 3 stores closed at 930 am when it says you open at 900am get it together I'm about to buy my vapes somewhere else

Vapor knew smoke shop is a great smoke shop especially their staff. Phoebe was amazing she went above and beyond to help me find the exact mod I needed and even took the time to explain all the different kinds to me. See you again vapor krew!

Just don't. They don't know the differences between coils and will not sell a coil individually to even see if it was in the tank. The primarily still Marijuana products and the disposable vapes.
