I AM REPORTING THIS OFFICE TO WHOMEVER HAS THE POWER TO CLEAN HOUSE IN THIS LOCATION. THIS IS HOW THEY WELCOME YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN THE JAMMED/BUSTED FRONT DOOR. YOUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS AT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO EVEN SELL YOU A POSTAGE STAMP WITH THEIR LAZY, ARROGANT. "COULDN'T BE BOTHERED" ATTITUDES.

Mail carrier here refuses to deliver mail to my apartment complex because it’s too complicated. He just labels everything as Return to Sender no questions asked. This person should be fired and imprisoned.

I moved to a new house, and I requested mailbox lock change and receive mailbox keys from here. This branch is not for general purpose of mail sending. Go to other USPS branch.
Since 08/24/2022 mailbox key change costs 35 dollars + tax
They open at 9am in the morning, it's guaranteed you to be late at work unfortunately.

If you want to feel like in a 3rd world country, this is the location to go, they are totally outdated and if you have any problems they don’t have the resources to solve them, don’t even bother to go if you have a QR Code they don’t accept it

I’ve called the phone number listed at different times and different dates; All having the same result. No answer and I’m unable to reach them to find out if my package is at this facility or another. Quite disappointed in this shipping experience as it has been over a week looking for my package now.

They stole my package and refuse to give it to me with proof that I bought it with the receipt my name my address card information my name tracking number and everything. They need to get new staff or close this location if I don’t get my package soon I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT this is a FELONY!

Have to give a big shout out to Michael! I was able to speak to him today and he provided the best customer service.
Quite frankly, the reviews for this location are not great and you always hear the negative but Michael completely restored my faith and was able to solve my issue plus he has a great demeanor on top of that so, THANK YOU.
Not to mention our mail carrier is fantastic!!

If you're reading this please don't just complain here, file a complaint on the actual post office website too. Choose "carrier" as what you're complaining about. They are the ones committing felonies. Their supervisors might be complicit but let USPS figure that out. There are carriers here marking all their packages as undeliverable at the start of their shift so they only have to deliver mail. If they don't deliver Amazon packages they are violating their contract and you need to notify Amazon too. **update they are continuing to falsify government documents and their own customer service reps can't make them deliver packages.

First off if a package needs someone to pick it up at the door you need to inform the person if it will be there sooner so they can plan to be there that’s the first issue the biggest problem of all this is your “supervisor” Venus she will not give you a straight answer and her tone is sooo RUDE! and the way she presents her self is ridculous she will go back and fourth with you about your issue instead of trying to make a resolution. I explained I am going out of town and not aware when I will be back and won’t be back by the date they will send back to sender and told her I can go to any location today to pick up my package then she tells me he can redeliever it and then tells me that can’t happen. She really needs to re trained I was supposed to get a call back from them today at 2pm and did not receive any call and was supposed to speak to her manager as apparently she’s a supervisor which needs to be looked into. Her name is Venis and I will be going to corporate about this interaction with her as well as this policy as she refused in the moment for me to speak to her manager.

This is my third time at this location for missing packages. Always want you to file a claim like nothing is ever done to the mail carrier. You just can not be loosing and misplacing these packages this much. I strongly believe my packages are being stolen by the usps driver. Beware. Retrain your mail carriers, pay attention, stay off the phones. Also they are very rude and unprofessional. Needs to be closed down asap!

Good morning, please call a week ago to file a complaint about a package of medication with confirmation number 92748901674834377641778002758777. The person who assisted me, very attentive, explained to me what had happened since I had not filled out the document.What the postman puts in the box, we already filled it out but we received the medication package in January. Please, I call and ask to be contacted by someone in Spanish and I need nothing to receive the December medication package. I already put the confirmation number above.I need an answer thanks
