Very tidy office, the staff very attentive in collaborating in the procedures.
Little wait, ample parking and the packages arrived on time ??
Lack of cleaning maintenance on exterior walls and in the garden.

This office in Turkey Lake refuses to take walk-ins as scheduled on the website they tell you to go somewhere else or to use the courthouse. They refuse to open the door or take walk-in clients.

This is the worst place I have ever been. It’s old, dirty and with a extremely rude staff. Do not schedule your passport there, they simply don’t show up to work. Avoid to go to this place for any kind of reason.

Today I went to mail a package. Wait in line for 30 minutes walk up to the window. The guy walk away and tell me he will be back. I waited another 15 minutes and left. Only 2 Clark. Both of them was in the back room while the line is getting longer. Where is the manager? Very bad customer service and rude . Everyone in line was getting frustrated and leave. This is absurd.

After gathering boxes to put my stuff on, she was very patient and walked me through the steps and how to place stickers' addresses, etc, on the box.
I had to say something, so I did.
I told them that was my best experience ever at the post office!
