Customer service is non existent. Employees are lazy and rude. For the size of that post office location there should be more clerks available to attend the public. It's no wonder the post office is going downhill. Packages don't get scanned in a timely manner. Would give negative stars if possible. Only go there because the post office on Wetherbee Rd is even worse.

My package was stuck here for a week. I tried to call but didn't get an answer. Its finally on the way but I already had one reshipped by the seller. No form of update to find my package so I suggest avoid this place at all cost. They move at their own pace regardless of the fact that you PAID for their service ?

Let me start by saying, if there was an option to give this location a zero star rating, I would've chosen that. That one star is going to the clerk that helped me out because she was very patient and went over and beyond to make sure the address was correct on my "parcel." I went to mail an express parcel. It was accepted on the 29th of January and guaranteed delivery for the following day by 6PM. As of today, 2/15/24, my "parcel" is still showing accepted and has not moved. It took me 2 trips to the PO and a phone call to corporate to get some type of feedback. Here's the worst part, the feedback I got was given from the representative at the accepting location. Isn't that weird? After I got the call from that rep, that's when Vanessa, the supervisor from this location gives me a call back. Why did it take for me to do this? I'm now stuck waiting for the company of the check to do their research before I can get a new check. I explained my situation and the contents of the package and why it was very important that it got to where it was going. The only one that showed concern or treated the situation as if it was theirs was John Abercrombie from the post office in Texas. This ridiculous and unacceptable because my child is at home sitting, hoping, and praying that this gets rectified so that she can continue her education next semester. Y'all gotta do better and be more careful with individuals packages, parcels, and any other things that needs to be mailed.

I want to give a 5 star to ARTURO PEREZ he is one of the clerks from the tradeport usps office. And he is an example of someone that CARES & understands what it is customer service !!From the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get my package that it was ready for pickup at this location SINCE December 15, and I went to the office several times and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP OR TOOK THE TIME TO DO A LITTLE MORE. TWO DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS ONE TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A CALL AND NEVER HAPPEN AND THE OTHER ONE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP AND THE VOICE-MAIL WAS FULL.BUT TODAY MR ARTURO PEREZ DID WHAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE, BECAUSE HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PACKAGE THAT WAS SEATING THERE AND NO SUPERVISOR DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TOTHANK YOU TO MR ARTURO PEREZ. FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Do not get a P.O. Box at this location. I have to travel 30 minutes round trip for them to not know where my packages are and to not have them in the box. There’s literally NO excuses as to why they aren’t where they need to be. 90% of them are USPS PACKAGES! The point of me getting a P.O. Box in the first place is to be able to pick up my packages at my convenience. I had to leave because none of my 4 packages were in the boxes and of course the front lobby was closed. Ridiculous

Someone at this location continues to remove the hours from Google and has the site listed as "Permanently Closed." This is not true. I've added a pic of the hours posted in the window, and I update the hours on Google every week. Aside from that, the staff is friendly and helpful!

Just moved in? Despite what your pink slip with the QR code says (for missed delivery), the correct pick up location is on Hazeltine! Since 2018! You'd think they would update their slips after 5 years.

On the website it states hours of operation but there's no specificity as to customer service until you arrive here and you see the hours posted on the locked door!FYI they lock up at 4:00 p.m. on Sundays!
