Horrible customer service. I had a package that I sent out that was a for 2 /3 day delivery. Paid $14 . . That package was claimed to be delivered but no one was home. Then they sent me the package back to my house 3 weeks later . Went back to get my money and a very rude employee Mike told me I couldn’t get my money back for a service that I never receive.Horrible place and I will never do business here again. To my understanding in the world if you pay for a service and don’t receive it you should get your money back.

Went to send a package and i had many questions and the staff couldn't answer. Was treated very rudely. A gentleman that wasn't even taking care of me was making fun of me. I could of cause a seen but thats not lady like.

Answer the phone…how hard is that? Clearly there is a HUGE issue when MULTIPLE people have to go INTO the post office for simple inquires/questions and all STATE YOU DO NOT ANSWER PHONES

Worst place ever to pick up mail or drop off. They always say go to the door on the side but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the door. You can ring the door bell as many times as you want and no body ever answers still. I told the lady that I’ve been standing here for 30 mins for a package and she said just wait there. I told her we’ve all been waiting and there’s still no answer. She said that we will get to you in a second and we’ve been standing around for more than 30 mins. Why have this door if no one is gonna answer it? What’s the point? Hire more people because clearly no one works here.

I came in for a walk-in passport service. The hours posted for that are 9:30 to 12:45. I got in line around 11:30, plenty of time. At 12:10 he comes out and says “no more passports today, I only do 10 a day because I need a lunch.” And no further explanation, empathy, and apology or anything of the sorts. I have urgent travel and this was something I desperately needed to do today. A woman in line with me had pulled her child out of school in order to get his passport today and was also turned away well within the time frame posted that walk ins are accepted. While I understand breaks and lunches, and no one needs to work through their breaks, there is no where in the building or online stating that walk-in passport hours are subject to anything other than 9:30 to 12:45. It’s extremely frustrating to come in with plenty of time to receive an offered (very important and time sensitive) service and be turned away with no warning or good reason. So please take that into consideration that he might turn you away even if you’ve been waiting for 40 or more minutes. Very unprofessional, rude, and insensitive.

The people who work for the post office have always been very efficient and collaborative. But the person who works with the passports is very rude, rude and unethical, apart from the fact that our appointment was for 11:15 and he arrived from lunch at 11:20 and took a while to serve us.

The system gave me the availability of an appointment for today at 2:15 pm to apply for my passport in this location. When I went to the office, the man was rude and told me that he couldn't help me because the people there were Attending it was his last appointment, he was not even able to ask for my name and look at his appointment papers, he was not friendly, I will not return to this town again to do anything, not to make deliveries or anything else with this rude man. Now I understand why this location has bad comments. Usps should hire people with human quality and who know how to treat others.

I got Lucy. It's holidays so I don't know if she is always here, but she was very helpful. There were a ton of people with packages, but I was out in under 30min. God experience.
