Very slow and the attention is very bad. There is a nice lady in customer service who has treated me like hell both times I have gone. I don't give fewer stars because it's not possible. Terrible service

One of the employees refused to tape my return package after waiting in a line for 10 minutes even though another employee had just done it for another customer. He was trying to sell me a tape. Such a cheap move for someone working at USPS.

They need to hire more people. Every time I come in there is a line of more than 20 people so people are breathing on your neck to make space for new customers. I stood in line for over an hour and I was only 5th in line. The place doesn’t look well taken care of, looks dirty, and the employees are rude.
