I had the worst experience ever with a delivery driver buy the name of Travis.. so rude and disrespectful… my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it wasn’t..so I asked the guy what happened and he just went off on me and told me that it was dark and he couldn’t see so he placed it in the neighbors box which was a lie …. I told him that was unacceptable… he goes on to say that it happens and it won’t be the last time…. And if I have a problem file a complaint… how unprofessional

This is my review just on daily mailman or women, yesterday my mail got delivered like 8pm , they need to add another mail person to this route…I’m ina big neighborhood well I think so , Ive see other sections of neighborhood get mail like by noon?? That must not be the hood side? I’m like 6 mths new to the area omg I miss my by noon mailman Mike in Seffner !!!

Fatima or whatever her name is rude, ghetto and unprofessional. If you can’t comprehend basic questioning without being hostile then maybe you need to find something else to do. Quick to get angry and loud then have the nerve to say you’re not about to argue? Talking over me because you’ve been with a company since lights were invented? Well one, don’t get loud with people thinking people are just going to take your disrespect.Talking to her is like talking to a toddler who just want to battle on being the loudest. Started yelling off rip when I asked her a basic question and going around what I was saying. She quickly hung up when the issue was “resolved.”Then when I called the person answering the phone act like it was multiple old women working there.Definitely would give 0 stars working with this branch. Unless you have to, but then I’d rather rip my eyelashes out than deal with this ghetto branch.

Katina is an angel on earth! after my apartment was mistakenly marked vacant I had a very important package "sent back to sender". I am in school and in clinicals at the hospital from 5 am to 5 pm so theres no way I can get to the post office to stop it myself the same day. She told me she would search in the office and see if it was still there. She called me back and she FOUND IT! She needs a raise!!!!

Katina or Catina was so very helpful in holding my package from being delivered to my old address I did not switch in my eBay account (been a long while since ordering). Thank you for being professional, helpful, and mostly positive! Greatly appreciate this location and their courtesy! Each employee worked efficiently and politely to all customers waiting!! I've been to many post offices, and I do business. This has to be the first one where they don't have a drop-off box for packages in the main lobby. USPS usually has a big bin that people just drop packages in, but they don't have that. I witnessed me and three other people wait in line, suffering when we simply could have dropped our packages and then left. Then their supposed drop-off box is a tiny, tiny envelope box that they say, "Yeah, you can put packages in that if you can even fit them." Just invest in a small bin that cost like 50 bucks I guarantee your customer service would go upI guarantee your customer service would go up. The fact that I moved businesses around here and have to ship around this office is painful. I believe your managers should look into Turkey Lake Road for a day and take after what they're doing.

On this hour, an older feller who is training has a need to be very disrespectful when training with no consideration for customers needs. I came in and asked for two things, and this man intentionally disregarded my request and proceeded to speak to me instead of training his trainees where i could understand anything based on the questions i provided. I understand that proper protocol has to be met, but i will not stand disrespect from any of your employees regardless of their seniority in the workplace. I cant even get my mail because of the disrespectful communication between myself and that person. I wish someone would train those ppl to treat the customers better than what i have experienced today!

I ordered from a company and silly of me forgot to put specific information to receive my package. I wasn't expecting this office to answer the phone since I've called a different office who left me with no hope. However, Catina answered on the second ring, phenomenal when it comes to usps! She gave me an at ease feeling reassuring me the office would do their best to pass communication to the driver. If it wasn't for her, I would be very discouraged. It really does pay off to hire great employees for your company. She's compassionate and very understanding ! Thank you so much Catina you rock my love
