Why have the package drop off box when I need to ship a package early in the morning the dam thing is always locked closed then I have to return after work to ship my package this place is worst than fast food restaurants now a days

Lockers are out of service. Defeats the purpose of having a box. 100 dollars for limited service

The supervisor Javier is very knowledgeable. I was about to get another runaround by one of his employees but he stepped in and rectify the situation. The front counter and that back blue door with that personnel that works in there sucks but Javier five stars across the board.
