Jose Torres if that is correct name at the Kirkman Road location is completely ignorant disrespectful and is very racist. My address is having issues with having packages delivered and my package was delivered to the post office and being held for pickup. My daughter asked her friend to go and pick up the package from the post office. Not only is that person who picked up my package a minor the person presented just a school ID to them at the post office and they handed over the package to them. His customer service is atrocious and he has no respect for people of the community.

Called 5 times no answer! Not going into detail they already have horrible reviews. No wonder... Also, carriers are stealing mail at our complex. Missing medications and bank cards

I didn't get a package or slip to pick up package cause the postal clerk didn't get out of the truck to deliver the package. Claim no one was home and I was there when they put the other mail in the box. they need to stop being lazy and get out of the truck.

Female Employee and Guy Named Mohammed was arguing to me about a package I got delivered there . I've had a P.O Box for 7 years there . Nasty employees because I'm a Independent Man. It's just a matter of time before this County Collapse's. Jusy Save me one Building and one Hammer in the end times.

My package did not arrive at my address due to my mistake. I had considered it lost. I went to this office and a very kind guy looked for it in the office mailbox and there it was, very grateful.

Phone is left unresponsive. Trying to get help with a missing package, as just today they attempted to deliver one but they're nowhere to be found. No notice was left, even though it says they did, and I can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue.Update 11/16/23You guys are still the worst. So many packages marked undeliverable or no safe location available when we use lockers to deliver and you make zero attempts at actually delivering these items at apartments. I know these boxes fit in the damn locker, man. The worst postal service I've ever had to deal with.

I can't give less than one star and it's a shame, I'm 2 days away from completing a month waiting for the key to my mailbox, your manager promises me that on that day it will be ready and that he will do it himself and when I call no one answers, I correspond is coming and even important documents that I need but can't get them yet, due to their negligence.

Good afternoon I usually come to this post office for years and I usually get great service from all the employees there. I came to get some mail that was being held and the African American gentleman my apologies I do not remember his name he is always so nice and gives me the upmost respect stated that I had to show identification in order to receive the mail which I didn’t have any problem providing. However, because of the type of mail it was my identification wasn’t sufficient which was fine. He told me he would redirect me to his manager, so he could tell me what was needed to be brought in and who it was needed to be brought in by. I was still being nice and I don’t know if the manager was having a bad day, I couldn’t even get his name he was an older tall Caucasian or Hispanic man with grey hair. He was telling me what was needed with an attitude, and he was saying it so fast that I Couldn’t even grasp exactly what he said. And I was asking him to repeat himself, and he just grabbed the Mail, and started to walk away as he started to repeat himself with an attitude. I work in customer service in a service bureau every day and I do come across clients that are rude and clients that are nice. I did not have an attitude when I came in I treated everybody with respect, and I was very nice to him even given the fact that he was being rude to me. And I just would really appreciate if he had a better attitude towards me and actually help me, so that I can make sure I had the proper documentation to come in next time, but apparently, something may have happened to him. Nevertheless, it made me feel a certain kind of way and I was just confused and a little disappointed. But at the end of the day, a job is a job you have to separate personal from business and you have to do your job just as I would do my job for my clients. I would expect others to do the same but not everybody has that level of maturity unfortunately.Also, what makes it even worse was the employee had to apologize for his attitude, so he knew how he was speaking was wrong.I just wanted to give this review to shed some light on the situation. Hopefully he can have a better day or days to come. But I really did not appreciate how I was treated at this location today by that manager.

People that work here are rude and with 0 goodwill… They could leave their jobs and give opportunity for people who want to work and be useful
