I have never encountered such unprofessional and unhelpful staff. There was absolutely no intention to resolve the issue, and the attitude was completely dismissive.

This post office is open only 35 hours per week, and patrons with postal boxes cannot access their mail outside of counter hours. Pro-rated by hours, that makes box rental here worth at most only $47.50 per year instead of the $210 the station manager is charging.
This could be resolved with key card access, such as hotels use, or issuance of exterior door keys, as is common among UPS and similar private mailbox providers.
It's a markedly ethnic neighborhood, including African, Asian, Buddhist, Chinese, Creole, Dominican, Filipino, Haitian, Hindi, Hispanic,Jamaican, Korean, Laotian, Vietnamese and other populations. It's hard to say if the discrimination is a response to fear or a feeling that a token postal presence is necessary to provide an illusion of openness.

This place is rundown and uninviting, with an overgrown landscape that makes it look practically abandoned. Given the area it’s in, it’s likely that people aren’t complaining enough for anything to be done. If this were in a more affluent white neighborhood, it would probably receive the proper maintenance and care it deserves. The lack of accountability here is no surprise, nor is the issue with lost mail.

I have visited a few times during the day and to my surprise there is no one attending. Apparently there is only one person at a time assisting at the counter. During lunch (2:30 PM-3:30 PM) there is no service. I have lost a few packages and sometimes receive delivery of my neighbors' letters.

Literally the worst post office ever. Lost 2 of my packages for my baby’s birthday. Why would it say delivered and it’s not there??? Literally so annoying and just wasted my money. Ppl need to learn how to do their job correctly. It’s not tht hard!!!

I just don't understand why my mail is not making it to my mailbox. I get the picture that it's coming, then boom it magically disappear! I've filled complaint after complaint. This is not cool at all. Im new to orange county and in Seminole county THEY DON'T PLAY!! I regret moving here. Everything about orange county is GHETTO! INCLUDING THE POSTAL SERVICE!!!!

This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars

I have been coming to this post office almost on a daily basis for several years now. I had the pleasure to meet some great people working here like Kim, Amy, Mohamed, Regina, Rose, Sheryl, Karen, Morris, and so many others. They all do a great even when they had to work with the rude customers.

Why do the postal workers all lunch at the same time closing the post office in the middle of the day instead of going at separate times and keeping the post office open? Apparently no one cares about the bad service of this location as I see they have NUMEROUS 1 star reviews. We pay for the USPS and customer deserve excellent service!
