wanted to share a positive experience since unfortunately most only share the bad ones. i was very nervous about going in to set up mail services at my new address, as it’s the first time i’m renting a property and was unsure what all i needed. pedro was super friendly and explained everything very well, and helped me get setup with my mailbox keys. he also gave the new lock to the mailman while i was there so i got access to my mailbox same day. i’ve been having problems with setting up services elsewhere so it really made my day to have such a quick and easy process!

Dude, if I could rate negative 5 stars I would. These people are so rude. What is it about the USPS that gives their employees such a bad attitude.
I walked in, and I said “Hi! How are you”. No response, the lady just stared at me blankly.
I said I have a return, she scanned it and said the label was invalid.
I contacted the seller and told them the label was invalid. The seller asked for proof that it was invalid.
I told her I needed proof it was invalid (literally just printing the page that says it’s invald).
She said “PFFFFT. No.”
Didn’t offer to help me, literally at all. Then just ignored me and asked to help the next customer.
Your mama should have raised you better. You work soooo hard for that cozy government check.
Once again, UPS and FedEx prove themselves to be superior to this trash organization known as USPS.

Rude and unprofessional. Asking them questions and seeking help seem to be bothering them. It’s a shame that the mail system is monopolized by this agency.

Pedro & Andrea are extremely rude. I've placed a change of address over a month ago & it was never put in. When I purchased a PO Box, I was provided incorrect keys, so I couldn't access the box, they're very unpleasant and could use training in customer service.

staff unhelpful and pushy. my grandmother went in to try and order a replacement key for the house we've lived in for 20 years. on the website, it tells you to bring a copy of your ID and so she brought hers with. however, when she walked up to the counter the cashier man turned cold, opposite to the way he was acting with the previous customers. she told him we lost our key, then she showed him her ID and asked for a replacement. he asked if she rented or owned. she told him that she owns. he then said that she needs to show him the property deed and that there is no evidence that she even lives at the address currently. he also said they don't issue replacement keys and that they only replace the locks. this is not the policy as per the USPS website. this post office has always been sketchy- we've always had issues with them. if these are their policies they should update the website and inform the public that replacement keys are no longer available and that instead of ID you must bring the deed to your property. this man was being racist towards my grandma assuming that she doesn't own her house ? shame on him

We were looking for a post office nearby. The place where we always turned before began to work slowly and with long queues.
We contacted this post office and were delighted with the convenient location, excellent service and fast work. There are no queues.
Friendly staff, convenient parking.
Now we know where to turn.
We recommend.

The workers here are rude and they do not fully explain how things work there. I was sold something I didn't need and they took advantage of my lack of understanding and then were rude about it when I asked to return the item I didn't need. Now I'm out $30. Not a happy customer.

The worst portal service is provided by this agency. Your postmen are irresponsible. They put packages in the wrong mailboxes and are not responsible when insurance pays them for it. The claim process is a waste of time and contacting them is a problem. Horrible service.

So my package was supposed to be delivered at 5:50pm not only it was late, they didn't even bother to delivered it they said they couldn't find nobody to receive the package. Although I was inside my room if they did take thier time to at least knock I would receive it or worse case scenario leave it at the front door or the usual locker. Worse part is they delivered it so late I can't even call or drive to the package location due to thier closing hours please if you're receiving package make sure USPS is the last call.

My experience with the post office at 6301 Hazelline National Dr, Orlando Fl. The employer who took my call went above her duties to correct a problem made by another facility. With her consistent help, I was able to get my package to its destination. Thankful for her service

I had to give this review an edit. Yesterday I had a package that was so called "delivered" and when I went to check my box it wasn't there. I was able to catch up with the driver since she was in my neighborhood and explain that a package was delivered today and I didn't get it. Instead of trying to hear me out and show her my confirmation email, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to give me any sort of attention and try and troubleshoot. I was disregarded.I typically have the same driver and he is outstanding! Whenever I have a package he is kind enough to bring it to my front door. I had a different driver this time around and the package was delivered to another box.I was able to touch base today and explain the situation and the front desk staff was not only polite but helpful. They were able to connect with my driver and he would take this as a priority. Fast forward a few hours later, he was able to retrieve my package from the box that it didn't belong to and brought it to my front door.I am extremely grateful for the USPS taking the time to correct this error and be able to bring something that was meaningful. Thank you so much!
