I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

I wish you guys could hire more employees to withstand the demands of customers. That being said the staff is nice, some are purposefully slow but there are a few who are always a pleasure to see and work with

This is hands down the worst and most incompetently run post office I’ve had the misfortune of having to deal with. They’ve lost packages and do not deliver mail with regular frequency.Because it’s a government service there is unfortunately not much that can be done — I would suggest avoiding having your mail sent here at all costs; have your mail sent to a friend or family member.

Understaffed and dropboxes locked up well before closing time. Self serve kiosk not working either.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The brunette who helped me was very rude. The box that I bought to send my package already had tape included but it is always good to put more to make sure. And she was very rude, she treated me with bad attitudes and she only put tape on the top and didn't want to put it on the bottom, as if the package couldn't be opened from the bottom or as if she They were going to charge him the amount of his salary. Very rude and poorly educated, they don't know how to deal with people, they think they deal with cows.

Not my favorite place. Postmaster was inefficient and impolite.

The manager Georgina was very uninterested and was not empathetic to my concern. I’m very disappointed in her lack of action to assist and am filing a formal grievance against her.
