Supervisor and leadership of this location please read this message!Clerk 09 Bernice....is the rudest, most arrogant and know-it-all postal employee I've ever come across. She has a total bad attitude and talks down to customers as she brags about working for USPS for 10 years and thinks she can do no wrong.Supervisor does not answer the door bell. Only one window opened on a Friday afternoon with 11 people waiting in line. Yes 11! Finally another postal worker showed up but they could not operate their register since it was broken. Not once did a supervisor or management come out to offer any assistance. The large pull down mail slot where prepaid packages can be inserted is blocked by too many packages and is not maintained properly by staff and thus prevents customers from inserting mail. Government incompetence at its finest.

Went in to obtain my passport, made a last minute appointment online; I did choose an early morning time. I had all the necessary documents; was in an out in 10 minutes & the lady was very friendly and kind.

We had a passport appointment, which was already rescheduled from December because the ONLY person who can do them decided to go home early that day and not call any of their appointments. Today, we had an appointment that was 2:00-2:15pm, and we walked in at 2:13pm, only to have the woman who does the passport appointments tell us that ‘we weren’t here right at 2pm so she decided to put us down as a no show’ and she refused to re-open the package of applications that were going to be sent out. Absolutely unreal how these people think because they are federal employees they can treat customers like garbage and get away with it. We weren’t asking for anything special, only what we came to do, which is not a free service! But she clearly could not care less about her job or anyone else and just brushed us aside.

This place is completely indicative of our federal government. Incompetent, unhelpful and completely abysmal. There are lines every time I go in with opportunities to open extra checkouts. The interior is dirty and unkempt. The people are unhelpful and seem as though they could care less about making your transaction quick and efficient.

The women with blonde with black hair is SUPER rude when i was in the line she was talking with a woman that didn't speak english and she was even talking faster to make her doesn't understand even when the woman told her to speak slow to her to understand, when was my turn she was even rude to me that was only dropping off a package and talking in her language, Please this isn't the attention that you're hoping when coming to the mail

This place use to have great customers 10 years ago , now with all this new people that they hired, not good , they are so rude , they look like machine , just there because the money , it don’t look like they love they job , specially the Afro Americans, it’s was only one lady that trying to help me and was very nice , i forguet her name , but she is Latina , she is new , i never see her before , but the rest of the staff , need to be training in customers service!! I feel so uncomfortable to go back there !!

July 3rd 2023 I took a package to this office paid for the insurance to be sent to Marietta Ga. So, I called the 800# and did a service report & my package was physically scanned in Orlando, FL and never made it to Georgia . So, I believed that someone the clerk or someone stole the package because the amount of the insurance that I put on my package. And I never write reviews on no business but I had to write one on this Post Office on Delaney Ave Orlando FL . I spoke to at least 7 people from the manager in Orlando FL to manager & Claim affairs Dept in Atlanta Ga it was so many different stories told to me it is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THE USPS ANYMORE IT'S JULY 12TH 2023 PACKAGE NOT FOUND.UPSET & DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER I HAD TO USE 1 STAR OR COULD NOT POST MY REVIEW.

Went in to get a package under MY FIRST AND LAST NAME. ( The complex, I live in shares the same address, only thing that changes is APT#.) They couldn’t find my package and then Supervisor Macuuy Told me my package was GIVEN to ANOTHER person !!!! I asked HOW?! Since we have to show ID to proof the package is ours. He repeated that any one with ID with your address can get your package. I told him but it’s UNDER MY NAME . I requested for another supervisor, as I was getting push back and a repeated answer back. No resolution was being provided. He said he was the supervisor. I requested for the next one and he said Monday I asked for his name and he walked away quickly saying yea as I tried to spell out his name for my records. I CANNOT believe this happened!

Literally threw away my package instead of calling me or delivering it at the original address listed. Had zero remorse for the loss of $200 merchandise and stuck by their "policy." An absolute abomination. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst location ever!!!! The employee named Bernice is very rude and arrogant! We had an appointment for my son’s passport but never got processed because we were asked to come back after an hour. An hour later, she said she had a lot of appointments and cannot accommodate us! When other employees try to help us by giving us options where to go, Bernice stopped them and told us very rudely that they cannot answer passport questions! She was trying to shoo us away like we have a disease or something. If you don’t like working, then leave your job!!!
