I've been to this post office a couple of times and have received excellent customer service each time. It was also much quicker than I expected. The employee working both times, I believe her name is Tracy, is fantastic and has made what's typically a pretty blah experience a delight.

Service really sucks here! Someone put another shipping label over the original on my package then the package returned one week later because of the wrong address! Come on people !! You.just simply sucks

Horrible service!!! Lady at the counter was super rude. I needed 1 small piece of tape to mail out my Return and she said she could not give me a small piece of tape instead I had to spend $4 for a small piece of tape to mail out my package. SAVE THE TROUBLE AND GO TO A UPS STORE instead! Trust me the employees here are very rude!!

I stood on the wrong side marked with blue “please stand here stickers”, no one behind the glass told me I should be standing on the left with yellow tape; literally could’ve taken only a few seconds to let me know. I had to wait behind a few more people. Thanks.

Dropped off a package on Sat. Checked on Monday (day that it was supposed to be delivered!), and it was still sitting at the same location. The package only started moving once I called and opened a case.

she closed the door on my face and screamed were closed. i know that sounds crazy but that just happened lol. i stood outside the door for about five minutes because i simply just wanted to know when they would reopen. and i heard the worker talking about me to the customer inside, just totally ignoring me. so rude.

Carmen made jokes to a member of the public about his deceased mother laughing and saying go visit her over and over. This was on response for them not having a man removed for legally filming the lobby. Unbelievable behavior this lady does not need to work for the public. She will be fired with all of the complaints and backlash from this incident

Carmine rudely asked if I could read however hasn't read the posters on their very walls, (specifically poster 7) then proceeded to threaten customers! Outrageous behavior!

Awful service...this post office should be closed down. Hispanic lady at the front counter sucks and lies to your face. Beware and avoid this post office at all costs.

Carmen and the older black man (never caught his name), were recently seen insulting members of the public and to my surprise, even told another customer that they need to go visit their dead mother. Very poor image to have these people, representing the Post Office. They should be terminated immediately.

The employees at this post office are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. They have not been trained on poster 7 which describes lawful conduct on postal property. They have not been trained that they have to be courteous and professional to customers. The employee Carmen threatened a customer with death who was video recording in public. Her employment should be terminated immediately. With her conduct on duty threatening someone with death, she doesn't have the correct temperament to be a public servant.
