Horrible customer service! Just asked for some certified mail stickers and the lady behind the desk just completely lost it! Refused to give me a stack of them that I use a lot for work. She then proceeds to give me this long lecture of how it's hard for her to order them. Then talks down to me like I'm her employee and asks if I understand. Wow! Such a disrespectful attitude towards customers. I will be going to a different post office moving forward. Maybe they should understand that those free slips turn into money.

terrible place , they need new staff im tired of dealing with rude unprofessional workers. Tried calling for over an hour to verify my package was at the post office but no one seems to know how a phone works? So I ended up wasting money on an uber there for them to tell me they didn’t know where my package was??? The Old white lady is the worst.

Mail does not work when Orlando has the homeless problem that it does. I have had an issue with homeless people stealing my mail for 3 years now and they keep stealing my mail *news flash USPS* your system is broken if my mailbox keeps getting raided by homeless people. USPS you are completely useless and unhelpful. Keep giving homeless people trash (my mail) to burn.

They literally never answer the phones, however when I went to pick up my key Chris made the process easy and smooth, if they'd answer the phones I'd give this place 5 stars

They dont care about your mail and dont bother calling the 800 number resolves your problem than they do

The employee who helped me was very kind, I bought a house in the area and needed new keys for the mailbox, she was very kind in the replacement and solved the problem very quickly, thank you very much
