One of the best USPS experiences I’ve ever had. My package is currently delayed due to the hurricane. Sal and Ray were very generous with their time and did everything they possibly could to ensure I would receive my package in a timely manner. They have the best customer service and I would recommend this location above the others!

The best post office I've been to. Me and my family had to renew our passports. We had appointments today. Jay Blair was the clerk that attended us today.He was very professional, friendly, and patient. When we have to renew our passports again we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Jay for going above and beyond for us.

Though jayjay and the other service workers were very kind I did not appreciate that my sensitive information on my passport application that had to be rewritten was not handled with care, instead of properly shredded but it was thrown in the regular trash. I know enough to understand that sensitive paperwork that has my social, name date of birth should be disposed of properly with a shredder. So I wasn’t very pleased between that or his careless attitude stating “I’m a man and this is just what we do”. I also didnt appreciate that when I called ahead of time, they didn’t give me correct information on the cost of the passport. This place is not as professional as many small post offices anyone has been to.

They are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely one of the best customer service I have received in a post office! I got help from Ray, he was great!

This is the best post office i've ever been to. I've visited at least 3 times so far and every time I leave amazed at how frieny, professional, and efficient the clerks are. When I went in yesterday afternoon, there was a lady behind the counter that greeted every person that stepped up to her window with a smile and by calling them "sweetheart." The gentleman that helped me was the same person who always happens to help me when I go to pick up a missed package, and he was very nice as well and made the whole pickup process so quick and easy for me. I loved seeing the smiles on their faces, which is not something you can usually say about post office workers. I wish every post office was like this!

Love this post office it's my go to but the only issue I have is I can't access my box at any time. So if there is important mail I can't get it unless I pop up during regular business hrs and sometimes I'm working. Other than that I have no other problems ☺️

We came here to apply for passports with an appointment. Upon arriving, Ray was very polite and thorough. He went over our applications to make sure there were no mistakes, processed us in a very timely manner, and made the process very smooth. Thank you!

The hopelessly useless phone system is so bad that it feels like it came from a sitcom. The menu bugs out, does not accept voice inputs or key presses, and is as lost as a mouse on the moon. Good luck trying to speak to a human who can solve your problem; you'll be on hold with a machine forever. What a joke.
Addendum: I have been trying to get in touch for weeks by phone and e-mail so I could recover some packages, and I might as well have tried to learn smoke signals and train pigeons. At this point, I'm fairly certain I'd have better success.

Went there for passport with photo.. Was in and out in 15 minutes.. Ray Ray was polite and courteous. Thank you Ray for the exceptional service.

Went today at 9:10 to mail package. No one at front desk. People standing around wondering where postman was. Finally came out, talked to one person then stood behind counter, writing, saying nothing. People stared at him for 5 minutes. He couldn't look up to say what the delay was or provide info about why there was a delay and when some help might arrive. I left. I guess speaking and providing info to people is not a skillset he's mastered. This was a complete abomination of customer service. I could probably get it better service at a bombed out facility in Ukraine.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever went to. I went to get my passport and my appointment was at 8am and the clerk in there front told me that the person that does the passports was not in just yet. However there was another clerk that was currently doing passports. I waited for over and hour and watch the clerk take other people and neglected to provide me with any service. I had to speak with a worker on the service side for someone to explain to me when I get some assistance. The whole experience was utterly rude and unwelcome. I do not suggest making any appointments here for your passport or to do any service here at all the front staff are sad and not willing to assist.
