Had a return, doing this for a friend. I had no idea what to expect. The employee helped me because I needed a package that I didn’t have. They had saved a used one. Did my credit and gave me a receipt. I thought they were thoughtful and helpful!

I’ve never had an issue shipping packages but when I come to do a simple document scan which their website confirms is a service they offer, neither employee knows how to do it. I just wasted my time waiting for both employees to figure out how to scan a document to email but after 15 minutes they said it wasn’t working. The employee then tried to pawn me off on the next closest UPS store. No I don’t have time to do that because I came here on my lunch do this quickly. I’ll take my business to Staples where they have plenty of machines.

Then how the ell do you print at this ups store?
News flash , a usb flash stick is more risky.
To tell customers to hire your pc to print from is just a lame way to upcharge. Plus blows your excuse out of the water.
Ups stores everywhere can email and print.
Very disappointed.
The attitude of staff sucked to be honest.

The store is under new management and owner, I was attended by Alex very nice and professional person , I don’t have any complaints or concerns, if your read this review give the store one more shot not all the people are the same. I will definitely come back very often to this store it’s close to my home

Karina was great! I’ve never met someone at UPS that has been so kind and helpful. She thoroughly helped me with my order and then offered to assist me with putting stamps on all 40 of my letters that I had to mail out.
Every UPS store should have someone like her!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I went in to print a prepaid shipping label, something I’ve done at numerous other UPS locations without any issues. However, Karina, the staff member at the counter, charged me $5 just to print the label, despite it already being paid for.
When I questioned the charge, Karina was dismissive and rude, showing no interest in explaining or resolving the situation. This is a clear case of terrible customer service. I felt like I was being taken advantage of for a basic service that should have been straightforward and hassle-free.
This experience has left me very dissatisfied with the UPS Store’s service at this location. I won’t be returning and would recommend others to avoid this store if they value their money and expect respectful customer service.

This UPS has been a nightmare for me for the past few months. The staff members, particularly Adam and Bruno refused to send my packages, and my friend’s packages a few times claiming multiple weird things. First, they claimed that UPS doesn’t allow shipping in bags when I tried to ship a sturdy box well wrapped into a plastic bag, and taped fully in order to avoid damage and theft of the item since the box clearly had a brand name. They cut the plastic bag wrap with tape and accepted the box, that was later lost or most likely stolen because of the brand name on it. Later, when I brought exactly the same box with exactly the same item and brand logos on it to ship again, they claimed that UPS doesn’t allow to ship commercial boxes with brand logos, although they accepted such as box last time. I had to pack a box into another box in order to be served and for the package to be accepted. Yesterday, I brought a plain white brand new fresh box, with no logos, well packed as I usually do. They refused to accept the package claiming that the box is commercial, it’s not a brown color box, it doesn’t have some “verified shipping box logo”, and has a different material than other white boxes. After arguments that I already brought the same box in the past and they accepted it, they anyway refused to accept it this time, and I had to place it in another brown plain box to be able to ship. After reading UPS’s policy, I realized that everything that those employees say doesn’t make any sense and contradicts UPS’s policy and general packaging guidelines. So, I went there again today and wanted to ship another item with the same plain white box as yesterday, and of course they refused to take it again. I told them that I read UPS’s policy yesterday, and everything they say doesn’t make any sense. The employees of this UPS created their own policy and follow it whenever they want or not. When I ask them to show me the policy and that I couldn’t ship in a bag, in plastic wrap, in a white sturdy box, and in a commercial box, they told me they were told not to do it and they couldn’t find the policy. Of course! Because it doesn’t exist. They refused to accept my packages multiple times saying complete nonsense and making up the policy. I really love its location because it’s close to my residence, and I don’t have the opportunity to go to other UPS stores, otherwise I would. The employees are completely incompetent. No other UPS refused to accept my packages, only this particular one. This store needs to be reported to UPS.

Every time I come to this location all the employees are so kind and helpful but I have got to give a special shoutout to Alex. I had an Amazon return haul of 43 packages. 43. All in one return. Alex was SO kind and patient to take the time to ensure I got all 43 returned and shipped off. He did not make me feel rushed or overwhelmed at all he was so professional and kind. Alex seemed to have been closing by himself that day and it would be easy to seem annoyed with normal closing duties and then having someone like me come in 15 minutes before close with 43 PACKAGES to return. But no he was so calm and said “you came at a great time so you wouldn’t have to rush at all.” I truly can’t say enough great things. Thank you, Alex!!!!!
