I am a long time customer of the Dr. Phillips UPS store. The employees are always friendly and helpful, even when they'rebusy. I went in today to do my usual Amazon return and to my surprise they set up a self-service Amazon return area. I thought this was an excellent idea, especially today as busy as they were. Unfortunately another customer was not as thrilled as I and was verbally berating the two young men who were working. She became even more abrasive after I walked in and one of them offered to help me. These two young gentlemen were very professional and maintained their composure, I am not sure I would have been able to. I was outside the store as the customer left and she started in with me. I went back in the store to check on the boys because I was so horrified by the way they were treated. They were very busy and as customers came in I let them know about the return station and like me they were thrilled. It is a shame that these young men were persecuted for doing their job all because someone felt wrongly targeted.

Quick process if you do it online ahead of time. And it’s a lot cheaper too. (My label doesn’t work when I showed them a barcode I got extra $4.78 charged) I highly recommend you print out your own labels. But overall service was great!

Came here with the big package, pedro ran to me to help, amazing guy, 10/10 customer service , and erick was awesome, thanks guys for the help, make sure to give them a raised!!!

I went to this ups store today with a mountain of amazon returns & the manager Daniel took the time during his lunch to walk me through the return process. I was very worried with all the items I had but he made it so simple and easy. I will always be coming back here for my future returns and shipping needs.

Watched the red headed ginger worker with glasses make snarky comments to customers and do anything he could to reject packages and upsale. Seemed like he was more focused on water cooler talk with coworkers than taking packages. Went down the road to another ups and was out the door within 30 seconds. This place is a stinker. Too bad, good location.

Horrible service. I got a notice of delivery to be picked up at this store on April 8. I got late yesterday so went today. Gave my notice to pick up my package. The guy Erick said there is no package there. Then he checked system and informed that someone had picked up my package. He just gave me a name. When I asked the ID and contact number of this person who picked up he said that he cannot give me any information. So they basically gave my package to someone without providing me any detailed information who picked it up.!!! So dumb and insane. Shocking and horrible. It’s nothing but a THEFT. And that also at an authorized UPS store. Going to report to FDLE. Police must investigate and maybe there is a crime ring involved with delivery people and this store. Police must check it out.
