Ordered wedding invitations and it shows they they were “delivered” by this branch but they never arrived. I have been trying to call since they opened at 8 am and keep reviewing the same message that I am calling outside of operating hours. There is no way to leave a voicemail. Can someone please contact me ASAP?

Expedite load. Open delivery said. Arrived at 16:30 nobody here. call the number woman show up and said come tomorrow. Like i have truck stop around corner.Definitely mistake for taking this load. I can drive 1300 miles and they cannot unload 22 pallets. Done with this here

Drivers beware... dont ever deliver here on a Sunday. Delivered mail from New Jersey. Got here 1am place completely closed. Ok no problem 6am dock doors open. So im like ok ill give them 10 to get situated. Ring buzzer no answer. 50 min later of holding buzzer in 30 second increments someone finally came to door. See 30 plus people working inside but no one heard buzzer going off???? By far the slowest of all ups mail innovations I've delivered to or picked up from
