I wish a NEGATIVE ZERO rating was an option!!! Horrible company!! Fraudulent and BBB has reviews and reports of sub-par business practices. Do NOT use UPS.

Their service states"package will be tendered to the Post office within 48 hours of receipt" . My package has been sitting in their Orlando facility for nearly a week. Makes the service from BLUELINK seem spectacular. It seems like they just don't care about customer service.

I would not have even given 1 star, if it were possible. My package moved slowly with UPS, but at least I was able to see the updates on the website.
