I've been to UPS Universal twice, and the computer always has issues when I need to use it or print something. Today, I went to get something notarized, and no one was available to do it. I don't even know why this UPS is still open. Look for another place

If I could leave no stars I would this place is the absolute WORST me and my husband had issues with the same employee with half lime green hair the first encounter was for payroll checks I am on vacation and was mailing out payroll and she was so rude she has the absolute worst personality so today is Saturday and I had some amazon returns from things we didn't need on vacation same employee because I told her they sent me a label not a qr code she said I would have to pay to print the label myself for $5 the product is like $5 more after I pay that I told her that it's literally a UPS label could she please print it and she said not my problem get the qr code and go outside the internet doesn't work in here and we have more customers I'm sorry but if you hate people this much find a different job period you get the Toby Dundie NO NO NO NO in the best Micheal Scott voice avoid run to any literally ANY other UPS store

I always come here for my Amazon returns and I never have the opportunity to give credit where it is due. Thank you to the young lady behind the counter always taking time to get to know the clients personally no matter how rude they are to her. I have seen Amber take care of a line of customers within her last 20 minutes with the same care every time. I do feel bad for her having to be alone at the end of the night with people who stand around taking up space not having any business inside the store. Anywho Amber is one of my favorite employees.Thanks girl for helping me with my returns!! You’re the best! Thank you.

Extremely helpful employees. Very nice no matter how busy they are. Amber was very helpful to me and didn’t rush me at all. She asked me how I was doing and what I needed help with. I was confused with how to go about my shipment she made it so easy. I will be coming back just for this service!

I found the world's rudest UPS employee. When I got on the line at 6:25, only because I got caught up on the phone with Amazon on a return request, not that I have to make an excuse, the store closes at 7:00 Notice the photo in the picture with time stamp.
Amber said to the person in front of me that everybody comes in the last 20 minutes that we're open. I showed her sympathy and said she works alone and she said only the last hour, I let her know that she has it pretty good and should count her blessings, because in New York they pile in literally a minute before closing and I'm talking 20 people on the line, she said she wasn't complaining with a fixed smile. She was just making a comment and it was a person behind me that had six boxes. That can't be because he wasn't in the store when I arrived. Don't believe in passive aggression, So I certainly don't believe in people that are angry THAT HAVE A JOB TO DO and make comments out of the side of their mouth to customers about other customers while the customer is standing right there!
Amber was majorly backpedaling and I was actually very professional and nice to her but I won't be doing business here again.

I Dont understand why i need pay $5 just for use the computer for send to print. When i can send you directly by email o something, but not, is obligatory pay $5 and them .15c each page. Hell nooo!!

I came into with over 50 packages to be shipped and the team working was efficient and didn’t complain. On top of that the air conditioning was broken and they were still giving exceptional service on all of that heat while managing a giant order and the multiple other customers that were entering
