I am a person with a disability and I am in a wheelchair. I was passing the UPS store in the plaza where it is located. After I passed the store there was a restaurant called the revolving hot pot. They had several benches blocking the way for me to go to the end of the plaza to the pizza restaurant. There was a down ramp but it would have forced me to go into the street where traffic goes by I felt a bit humiliated because this pedestrians passed by I could not get through to pass. This is I believe against the Ada regulations. Those of you who know this restaurant call them and let them know that it would be nice if they were more aware of the needs of a person in a wheelchair. Anyway out came an employee by the name of Jason. I quote Jason by saying sir let me move those ventures for you I am so sorry. I turn around and there is a young man that started moving the benches one by one so that I could pass through. Are you kidding me wow I just am not used two people offering help like that in a town where everyone is so busy doing what they do. I am a retired customer service and motivational speaker for IBM. I am dictating this text so please excuse me for grammar errors as I really don't have the time to go back and correct it I called his manager Hugh McPhillips and he said I tried to hire people that hav
e this type of personality. What a mindset this store manager told me that he has a wife that is disabled as well. I am here checking on my place as I am moving here soon and I certainly will be using the UPS store at 12386 State road 535 for all my package and mailing needs. Jason words can't express what your kindness meant to me. I practice random acts of kindness each day and my friend Jason you just did an amazing random act of kindness Hugh please acknowledge Jason as you said you were going to let's talk money I think he needs a $20 an hour raise LOL I know that's impossible just joking but this fabulous employee needs to be rewarded in some way thank you thank you thank you thank you Jason and hue the store manager. I know this is a long review but I just can't say enough about you continue making people's day. Keep that smile on your face Jason and you are a great asset to The UPS store family

Every single gentleman working, was incredibly helpful and professional. They were all in wonderful moods, extremely articulate and pleasant. Joaquin, in particular went above and beyond the scope of his job description. He helped me with two very heavy awkward boxes that I was shipping. He took it upon himself to help tape everything up it was quite involved, and he was literally sweating and I was so grateful and he could not have been more pleasant.all the team members were nice and were welcoming even opening the door for me multiple times while my hands were full. They were efficient and completely on top of everything. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location. Well done!

All I needed was a quick notary & I've been waiting over 20 minutes for the one employee who can do it to get off the phone. I'm not sure why one of the other 3 employees on duty couldn't take the call unless it was a personal call. There were hardly any other customers in while I was waiting.

Unfortunately, UPS seems to struggle with efficiency and timely service. Shipments tend to take longer than expected due to various issues.

Gladly takes your money but won't let you use the restroom or even tightly package your box this is worst ups store ever been to would go else where
