I do online sales and ship out a packages all week long. I’ve visited all the shipping service locations in the area on a daily basis, and the team at this location consistently goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They are a step ahead of the other services in the area. Thank you!

This UPS location is phenomenal!! The customer service is incredible and we trust them to package very fragile items. The Items always arrive to their destination safely and on time. We actually drive past a closer UPS store to get to this location because we love the team and service at this Lake Buena Vista store. Ozzy is always wonderful and we couldn't be happier with this UPS store!! I highly recommend!!

I was charged $3.15 to print a shipping label. I travel for business, and stop at UPS stores all over the US. I have never been charged more then $0.25 to print a shipping label. That fee is outrageous. I understand each is independently franchised, but whoa, don't price gouge your customers. Staff was nice. Very helpful. It's the cost to print 1 sheet of paper that persuaded mw to give only 2 stars.

Excellent location. The employees took really great care of our packages. The packages were thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap and expertly packaged. I appreciate that they took such great care to ensure our items arrived without the possibility of damage occurring. I would highly recommend using this UPS Store for your shipping needs.

I’ve been coming to this UPS for the past couple of years, mainly for package drop offs and Amazon returns, I’ve seen plenty of changes in staff but they have all been extremely nice and efficient! Which says volumes of the store and their hires.

The two gentlemen that were working on Friday, November 29 were absolutely amazing!! We received our large “packed for us” box yesterday and they individually bubble packed all of the fragile items and packed the box as if they cared!! Way to go and I’m sorry I didn’t catch either of their names - but KUDOS!
