all the reviews about them being closed are FALSE! they arent closed they moved to the other side of the plaza, they are more open than ever with a fantastic staff and beautiful indoors. i’ll always recommend this location they can do truly anything you might need.

They have moved! Located in the same shopping strip, right next to Publix. New look, fresh, clean with a wonderful staff! Many services offered anything from, Amazon returns, to shipping, to printing!

Went to drop off half a dozen packages for customers 5 minutes before closing time, and they wouldn't let us in saying they had already shut down their systems. We didn't even need anything printed, literally just to drop them off since they were already labeled. Granted, it's never great to get there close to closing time, but there's only so much you can do when other postal services also have a line. Regardless, they should not have shut their equipment down before closing time. Saw at least 2 other customers get turned away with their packages.

In order to make copies they require you to pay $5 per 15 minutes to use the computer and then charge you as well for the copies. I have never seen this done at any other UPS store. You need to print the documents out yourself.Other stores let you send them the documents then they charge you for the prints. Go anywhere else.

As you look at the front of Publix, the new store is on the left side of the shopping center, opposite end from the old location.
