Worst customer service ever received ! They are always closing before time you get right to the door and they close the gate ! Hate using ups services from this location ! I have never felt so disrespected maybe it’s race issue if I was more looking to make a scene or a bigger purchase maybe the door would of opened for me !

The customer service from Clerk 09 was horrible. She scanned my package and then simply walked away. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes in line so I grabbed my receipt to leave, only for her to return and rudely demand that I wait for her, saying there's cameras everywhere as if I took something that didn't belong to me. Ridiculous.

They are very friendly and diligent with customer service and treatment.The young men who work there, one from Puerto Rico and one from Venezuela, are highly trained in their position and serve the guests with kindness and patience. The service at this UPS is top notch. I am here at least a couple times a week for either shipping purposes or amazon returns. The people are always friendly and the guy that I think runs the place is always quick and super helpful.
