Absolutely wonderful people had a great time Amazon return just needed about 12 inches of tape and was rejected by the store on Dyer asked me to buy a roll of tape for them to send it back, these didn't blink a eye and was wonderful

Today I called the UPS store and had the pleasure of speaking to Nick. I was super concerned because I needed a receipt I had lost and I knew it would require a lil research. Nick kindly informed me the store was super busy but that he’d take my number and call me back. It’s very seldom someone keeps their word in the midst of busy…Nick did! He called me back in a timely manner and he stayed on the phone with me until what I needed was delivered via email! It’s just so rare to run into such 5 star customer service! Nick customer service is your jam! I’m considering hiring you! Lol Thanks again!

My experience at this store was great. The staff was very polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. I was able to go in, ship my package, and feel confident. They took care of me well and I got out in a timely fashion as well! I would definitely recommend this ups store!

This location has a remarkable team and I’m truly grateful for how they went above and beyond to help me today—and I mean all of them. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, to the moment I walked out completely satisfied with my experience.I came in with a particularly important printing job. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, were super patient, and their attention to detail was amazing. You can tell they care. I saw how they greeted every single person with a genuine and kind smile. The energy in there was very calming despite the place being busy. 10s across the board, they deserve all the props!

Think again before you notarize your important paper at this location. This is a zero star rating.I am a local physician serving the community of Hunters Creek for the past 25 years. I have used this UPS store since its inception and in general had good experience with the nice and efficient front staff.However, yesterday when I brought my 83 year old mother for a notary service, the young manager on duty denied her the service AFTER all the signatures were inked, causing a significant delay in her legal matter and extra legal fees as well as tremendous mental stress. While I understood the young manager was uncomfortable with any paper that was unfamiliar to him, it was his rudeness, unapologetic, "I know it all" attitude that would destroy the store's reputation and deter local loyal customers from returning.Do not let them ruin your important legal papers.
