I had a wonderful experience at this store, everyone was pleasant, but Gaby was a shining star in my day. Big smile, very knowledgeable. I was vey unsure of what to do and she was on it! Within minutes problem solved, estimated price solved. I don't find service in many places that is satisfactory and rarely what I received from Gaby. Thank you Gaby and thank you UPS.

This just happened on july 28th. I arrived at the store and they were remodeling the entire store. I waited a couple of minutes when a girl approached the counter and in a not that welcoming attitude call me over. I had two packages and for one of them i needed a printed label which i didn’t have. She pointed out in a bad way a email address and went to the back to retrieve the label. I didn’t notice i was typing the wrong address and she never check. It was like she didn’t want to help me. Another girl approached and she helped me but when i said that that girl’s attitude was too much, she said to me - quote “well yours too” when i didn’t even scream or curse. I just said ok. I intended to call the manager but no answer. I needed the service and i just can’t believe me saying that to my clients. I always go out of my way to go to that specific ups store (3956 town center blvd in orlando) but i am not going back. I am not a karen and the old staff was always nice and the demeanor was always different.

I’ve come to this UPS store several times and everything has always been great. However, this time the Spanish-speaking female employee was extremely rude when assisting customers. That kind of attitude has no place in customer service. I just hope that because of her poor attitude, the return package I dropped off doesn’t get lost. I hope this is taken into consideration.

I just wanted to make sure you guys get aware of this not only five stars but the entire staff the owner, the manager all the rep. A female ladies are so sweet and nice. They treat every customer with the same respect, no matter what they are so awesome. I don’t have no relationship for them but professional if you guys are going to another UPS store Kissimmee anywhere else you’re making a really big mistake. These guys go out of their way to make expedite you and get you done quick and so so nice. Try it give it a try you’ll be very pleased.

This particular location is always welcoming, speedy and thanks me. It's a lost art to ALWAYS maintain such stellar service consistently. Clean and well stocked also. Great selection of holiday mailers /stamps!!

Really sharp on their business hours. Arrived at 4:01pm and even with clients still handling transactions on counter, did not accept my return for Amazon. Its sad when the owner is not at the store. Got to come again tomorrow but not a place to support. Will share my experience with our business clients.

They are a nightmare, specially a girl working at the counter . I always have problems in this store and have to drive to the one at Dr Phillips were I never encountered any problems

I went to this location to ship out a package and the employees here were so rude and degrading because i had trouble getting a shipping payment for the box i was sending out. the workers here need to be evaluated and im not sure how people like that even get hired, i wouldn’t recommend this ups location to anyone.

The staff is very professional and attentive. The store is clean and organized. Fai was extra attentive and kind . She is the picture perfect example of quality customer service.
