I always came and used the printer using external memory, this time a freeloading employee forced me to use the computer to make the prints. 5 dollars and my time wasted for some prints.

Store advertising passport photos did not do them. I also placed a print order only to show up and be told they don’t do that. They only print off a in store PC. Not super helpful. Polite, I guess.

Phara was amazingly patient and extremely helpful with my situation; which was your notary service. She helped me correctly fill out the paperwork. Phara is a great asset to your company with her friendly and amazing kindness. The entire staff was great. After walking out, I wanted to get another copy of my paperwork and they didn't hesitate to assist. This UPS definitely have an amazing staff.

I had a bulky pack yourself Amazon return and Farrah was so sweet and helpful in greeting me and making my return process easy. I appreciated her positive personality and the above and beyond customer service. I'm happy to know that I have a UPS store near me that I can count on for my future friends and office printing needs.

It was a very unpleasant customer service. Lack of manners, because you need UPS, services, otherwise I wouldn’t make my Amazon return here.Need to prepared better your employees, in how to be agreeable and welcome.If you didn’t like to be kind to customers, pick a different line of work.
