I've been to several UPS store during the years. And this one is by far my favorite. Always friendly, and they get it. They respect your time. Never letting you wait. Something I can say that no other UPS store seems to care about.

This place has a nice staff. But over $4 to fax 2 pages is outrageous! Go to the library it's less than . 50 cents!!!!

Not sure why everything says they’re open on Sunday, 7 days a week and was CLOSED! Went twice through out the day thinking maybe someone was late to there shift but was closed. Please update your signs/hours!!

They charged me $4.26 to tape on an Amazon box. Customer service the last 2 times has been absolutely terrible. I could have just gone to Publix and bought an entire thing of tape

Kristen was wonderful. I'm disabled and was struggling with the door and packages. Kristen rushed from the counter, greeted me kindly, grabbed my packages and escorted me to the counter.
His skill and knowledge level is top drawer, making my whole experience wonderful. Thank you so much Kristen, you are truly a positive representation of UPS.
