This company is TERRIBLE to try to report a claim to property damage to our gates. They need a tracking number but we are a gated community and we have no idea who was getting a package, just that the driver drove through our gate and didn't stop and caused over $300 worth of damages. Does anyone have a contact number and real live person I can speak with? So frustrated with all these "website" claims. Its a joke!

Where to start.....UPS Lost the package first time, sender resent........another package. The sender called asking where the package was, they refused to talk to the sender told her "have the receiver call to get the info"?? WHY sender is who paid for the shipment, Im the one waiting on the package. OK so I called and spoke to Max, Russell, Jasmine on MON,TUES, WED... all told me the package is at the facility. Why has it not been delivered?? They need to verify my address... ok told them my address, the same as on the box, (in a residential area in Doctor Phillips..(no gate, no apartment complex, pretty simple address) Customer Service said they will deliver the package in the morning, and call you..... 3 separate customer service agents with the same verbiage and then told me if I wanted it I could come pick it up???? Wait a minute I paid the sender for a 3 day delivery on 6/13 and its now 6/22.......still no answers ....... then she sent me to a supervisor I asked for. Oh they are closed at 130pm on Wednesday???? NEVER USE UPS!!!!! Still missing package and still no call! I had to give them 1 star to post this...but not even worth that!!!!! Use snail mail, fed ex, carrier pigeon, uber...... you might receive results and get a package your waiting for!!!

If there was a no stars button I would give it no stars. Driver was too lazy to come to door, package needed adult signature, he decided to return to sender. Called 4 times (once the second I got the notification as someone was home waiting), was told I would get a call right back and that it was marked as "urgent". I had to keep calling all day and still no one got back to me until the next morning when "the package was already being sent back to the sender". They didn't even attempt to come to the door for a package that needed my signature, I have a ring camera to prove it. what a joke! Where we're all these urgent messages going to if not the driver? It's crazy that there are other reviews like this. Contacting BBB.

Horrible service lied directly to my face just to get me to leave the building right before they closed then refused to give me my package because it was after hours

I come here often as it's the closest UPS to my work and the staff is always very nice and working quickly to help the customers out. This location has multiple dolly's which works well if you have a lot of large packages.

Horrible customer service. They have no idea where the package is, and the Customer Service desk simply says, "I don't know" with no offer of explanation or solution to the problem.

With everything going on in the world today, we were worried that we may not receive a necessary order/delivery. I called the 1-800 # listed on the webpage and it was answered almost immediately. The representative patched me through directly to the Dispatch at the Orlando location. Trish was outstanding, she helped in setting up a delivery time window and was pleasant in the entire process, her smile went through the phone. Making sure we had our order, simply doing her job, but to me it was truly going above and beyond with the number of calls I am sure they are bombarded with at this difficult time. Will, our delivery driver, shared this same enthusiasm and customer service spirit. Thank you to UPS and their employees who go above and beyond in their workplace, you are appreciated!

One rating only because of CEDRICK QUICKLEY for going the extra mile to help us out. He deserves 10 stars.moved to Orlando almost 2 years ago. When we downsized and moved closer to Disney, we lived here at our current address for two months and I had a check sent for almost 2 grand. The LAZY UPS driver brought it to a completely different building on the other side of the property to a different apartment; which when I called UPS said it was delivered. I had to knock on doors myself to find my check. Finally after 2 hours I found my check. Now my mom and I ordered two King Cakes from New Orleans, had it overnighted because it is persherable. We were told we will receive them by 3 pm on Thursday. Well at 5:43 pm we received one, the other never showed up because even though the tracking number stated it was on the truck it actually was not. We went to the wearhouse to pick it up after calling neumerous times. We were told it would be delivered first thing in the morning. It is now 5:06pm and still no second King Cake. WTF. Not using UPS here anymore. Never had these problems in Louisiana. Ever..
