Called on Friday, January 17, 2024 and was advised the 8901 Atlantic Ave center is NO LONGER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and that is why this particular location does not populate on UPS' website. NO UPS CUSTOMER CENTERS IN ORLANDO, FL.

Worst than USPS. I could even hear the AI they have answering calls get an attitude with me after asking for an agent a thousand times and the agent I eventually was able to get a hold of was even more rude and not helpful at all.

I called customer support to pickup a package at this location. Drove an hour to pick up on my only day off. It says is open from 8am to 7pm. Went there by 3pm the place was closed. So this place close at 1pm and opens back 5pm to 7pm. They need to be more clear on the schedule.
